Pet

Worst service. Ever. My dog gets his nails done every month at another place and he has no issues having them done. Was passing by here today so I stopped in and had his nails done. She took my dog into the back room and, within minutes, I heard him screaming. I went in the back expecting to see him in a harness like at the other place and he wasn't. This lady was physically holding him down without any restraints trying to clip his nails. I told her to stop and she handed him off to another lady who put a leash around his neck that was so tight I could hear him wheezing. Then she had the nerve to tell me it was my dog causing problems and not their lack of experience. They showed zero concern for my dog's comfort or safety. I will never, ever go near this place again.

Great service, the women there really know what they're talking about.

Perfect place I love it

The staff know everything their is to know. They have better prices than anywhere else I've been. They let the pets hang out of their ages which is awesome. They had the cutest long hair daschund puppy for 899$. A lot of sales on cages and other goods. Will return for our pet supplies again. Really good spot

Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff, Pet friendly.

Kind long to wait in line. But they have a loy of interesting stuff and cats roaming freely!!! Which is amazing

Friendly Staff and ready to offer help with any questions regarding your domestic companion. Adopted my first kitten and this was the first trusted store that came to mind. The staff helped with every type of item needed once i entered looking clueless with my kitten in cage. Helped with Food, litter, toys, tips for first few days.

Employée Marie-Claude très connaissante au sujet de la fourniture en magasin !! 👍

I am honestly blown away by how far the lovely staff at Too Zoo will go to help me, whether it’s ordering a product I need, or helping to find pet sitters. They truly love animals, and are a real part of the community.

Great place friendly staff

Very convenient to have a pet store downtown

The staff really goes above and beyond when it comes to service. I was helped by a young lady who really knew what she was talking about and had tons of pet experience and knowledge. I appreciate advice I can trust as well as a place that’s always clean and stocked!
