Debbie was absolutely awesome with our dog. She really knows her stuff and we loved that we got to see what she was doing and encouraged to stay. She knows so much about animals and we walked away with a lot of useful information! I highly recommend her!

Dull is the first word that comes to mind, he second is overpriced. The staff are young and are probably being made to work by their parents to learn some responsibilities in life, however they are still teenagers and are reminiscent of the movie theatre staff from all the 80's movies. You'd almost expect them to break out in song and dance then go back to twirling the gum their chewing between their fingers. Lots of brands of cat and dog food but on my last three visits (why I guess to see if the song and dance would happen) I could find no brand names like Fancy Feast or Whiskas for the cats soft food nor did the staff have any clue as to weather they did have it, "ordered it", "was lost in shipment" or did they "ever even cary it, I thought I saw it"...I left with a migraine from asking a simple yes or no question, yikes, this chain has either just given up all together or in desperate need of new management or training practices. After the third trip and yet no song and dance I've concluded it probably won't happen so will not be going back, I think I'll just pass on the next migraine.

Just popped in quick to pick up dog food and have now switched from pet planet at Brentwood. I went to Brentwood let them know I have a large breed puppy she suggested a food. I questioned about it not being for large breed which she said wouldn’t matter. When I went to pet value she immediately asked my dog and questioned the food I was buying. Might I add she is half the age of who gave me the wrong information at the pet planet. Keep up the good work great selection and great knowledge. See you again!

Store is clean and doesn't have any odors as you enter the store like many other pet stores(especially the big ones). Staff is truly interested in animals. Fish are well cared for and not just sold to make money. They want to know your tank is ready first.

I have finally found my groomer for life! Meaghan (hope the spelling is correct) is fantastic. I’ve been to so many groomers in the Aspen/Springbank area for my 3 small rescues and Fast n the furriest has been, by far, the best groomer. My smallest Chihuahua X has issues with his paws and nails and everywhere I’ve been, I’ve had to come back 2 and sometimes 3x to get his nail trim, but with Meaghan it was done and over and he barely made a fuss. Talk about a stress reliever. If I could post a pic of how handsome the three look I would. Thank you Springbank pet hotel for suggesting the Fast and the furriest to us. I will definitely recommend you guys to my pet loving friends. Thank you!

This was our first time seeing Myranda. From the start she was very accommodating and timely in her responses. We have never given our cat a lion trim before and didn't know what to expect. Her rates are extremely reasonable and we will bring our cat in the next time he needs a shave!
