I had to call a plumber due to a serious leak in my toilet. Alba Plumbing does all the maintenance and repair work in our condo building and everyone is more than pleased with his work so I called Scott from Alba Plumbing. He was here within 10 minutes and fixed the leak promptly, efficiently and I've had no problems since. I couldn't believe how little he charged me compared to other plumbers I've used. I recommend you call Alba when you have a problem, I know you'll be pleased with their work

Highly recommend them for any work they ran a complete underground feed from our cottage, installed a service panel and completely wired our new Boathouse, lights, plugs, and more. A year and a half ago during our kitchen remodel, our contractor brought in Jeff from Cassidy's. Jeff was awesome! He went above and beyond, and he called to let us know when he was running late. Based on that experience, my husband contacted Cassidy's for a bathroom plumbing issue last week. Unfortunately, Jeff was not available so Justin was sent. He spent a couple hours and did part of the job and left at 5:00 saying he would be back the next day. At this point, we had two bathrooms torn apart for the project. Justin didn't show on Tuesday, so my husband called him. Justin said he got tied up and that he would come Wednesday morning. On Wed. afternoon my husband called the office and was told that Justin was loading our materials and would be right over. No show. Thursday, again no show. On Friday my husband called and also texted Justin -- no response, no show. Today, Monday, another empty promise. Please find a plumber who will follow through and be honest with you.

Had a plumbing issue with both of my toilets, and reached out to UI Plumbing and they were very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to fix my problem. Highly recommend!!

Had pump and line replaced, Kappus came and finished job in just a days work with no mess left behind, very satisfied with the job. Also very impressed that I called for service and they showed up in less than an hour to my house. Would recommend this company!

Both my electric tankless water heaters went out. Repair man said breaker issue - flipped & they worked. 2 wks later one went out again. I requested the company come out at a discounted rate since the problem was not fixed. The Company told me by phone it was a breaker issue & the breaker was probably bad & to call an electrician. Electrician tested and breakers were fine. Electrician actually opened the tankless water heater box and found smoke residue. Electrician said if we had continued flipping the breakers we could have possibly caused a fire. I asked company for a replacement quote & they never called back.

Too busy to bother. Very pleasant on the phone. Scheduled appointment but Luke experienced a delay on another job. Recommended another plumber he works with ... same thing ... never bothered to even call or respond to text. Cannot comment on the quality of work, unfortunately. Made an appointment with a big guy.
