Very helpful. They were very prompt, they came over late on a Friday afternoon and stayed until the job was finished properly. The guy was very nice. The waterjet did get hung up in the pipe and was stuck for quite a while. Tried unsuccessfully to use the camera to see what it was stuck on but could not get the camera around the corner due to the waterjet hose being in the way. I feel that the price is a bit high at $550 for the first 2 hours then $250 an hour after that.

I called this company a week ago to install a battery backup sump pump. I was told they were "Swamped at the moment" but someone would call me back later in the week. Never got a return call. Kinda got the feeling maybe it wasn't a big enough job for them. They wouldn't get my business now anyway simply because they never bothered to call back. Larry Pegasus Plumbing out of Gormley....same thing. Bad business, guys!
