Plumbing

Our existing boiler was red tagged by the competition, and I called Upstate for an estimate. Juan came Tuesday morning, we agreed that afternoon due to his estimate being significantly lower than anyone else. Wednesday morning at 8:30 I had 2 guys here who tore out the old boiler, replaced everything for the entire heat and domestic hot water system, and by 8PM Thursday night we had a top of the line new boiler, all new lines, they erected a wall to hang everything on, got us warm and happy, and then went home. Their technician Fred told me that he wasn't leaving until we had heat and hot water in all 4 zones, and he kept his word. Old boiler was removed for free, and all cleanup was done by noon on Friday. I cannot say enough good things about this company, or the dedicated, honest, professional workers they employ. Had a small problem with domestic hot water issues, called Juan, he sent Fred up here for free, Fred diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I have an unlimited supply of domestic hot water now, and forever. What a pleasure these people are to deal with. Unfortunately I may need to change this review. I will post more tomorrow. Found out I had a bad unit from the factory, Juan sent Fred up the next day and he installed a brand new unit free of charge and I have not had a problem since.

These guys were amazing! Top quality work. Very reasonably priced. Very transparent about timeline and schedule. And they were friendly and fun to have have around. Highly recommend!

Pete and his men do a great job all the time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great, reliable service. Very professional. Highly recommend this plumber.

Over charged will never use again watch your purse

Phoned late afternoon. Thay appointment next morning. They were on time and very quick. Great job.

His response to my phone call after answering 2 questions ..." I'm on site at another job thats paying me, 90 questions is not the time"! No offer of coming to have a look, not what's your contact info, I'll get back to you as soon as I can. At least he answered the the phone though!

Winterized my home then came back in spring to turn water on. When I got to my camp it was flooded out. They left a pipe disconnected which flooded out my entire first floor living area. Cost was over $4000 for repairs. I called several times and they never got back to me. I would not recommend using this company.

Great guys. I have yet to stump them...

Outstanding Customer Service. Wish I could give Dan 5 more stars ! Extremely knowledgeable and capable.

Super nice and willing to work with my schedule. Got a big problem fixed quickly with little fuss at a fair price. Highly recommend.
