Do not use this company. they must submit their own reviews but if you search a little you will see they have a horrible business practice. they overcharge for minor repairs. they talk you into a water damage assessment and charge $1300 to leave 3 fans for 3 days, without advising you. beware and stay away!! $1900 for a minor weld to an exposed pipe??? Don't use them, pick anyone else!!

Professional efficient work done for fair and reasonable rates

Jack and Daniel installed a new furnace for us today. They were great, on time, polite, efficient, noticed things that we needed to know about. I strongly recommend them.

The plumber that was sent to my house to replace a pipe and the valve had reported false report on mold which caused the home warranty not to send anybody else to repair the issue. The guy had suggested his "close friend" to stop by and give an estimate for the non-existing mold. His estimate was $1000!! I had another plumber come and paid $60 for the whole repair and there was no issue with the mold or anything else. My suggestion is first get a quote from other plumbers and don't trust the home warranty plumbers. I will post the same review on my home warranty so people know how I have been treated.

Billy was great & did a great job unclogging my main line. It took approx. 10mins.

We came home from a family dinner late and found allnof our toilets and shower were back in up. We called and very quickly Louis Geoghean from The Plumbing Factory called us right back. He set up a quick fix and was at our house first thing early the next morning. He was on time, incredibly kind, great with all the kids and dog. He explained everything he was doing. He didn’t do a “quick fix” he showed me how the previous plumber didn’t do the whole job. It was obvious. I would love to have him come fix our next problem. good place i have ever visited

Called Mel Sartain about a Saturday morning clogged kitchen sink (after my futile efforts with a hand snake). He came over promptly, gave us a fair quote up front, and completed the drain cleaning thoroughly and swiftly. A high level of courtesy and professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend Sartain Plumbing.

They are the best in town. I had water in my basement from a leaking pipe which I could not find on my own. Plus there was this bad smell and that's when I called him on the 21st of Feb and he was at my house is 20 mins to find the problem which was my sewer line clogged so we did the snake and got it unclogged but there was still water going in the basement that's when I called again. Then he came back again on the 22nd of Feb and he got all the water out of my basement and then went under the house and found the problem then fix all the leaking problems and my shower head was leaking. His team is good and work hard. He takes his time to make sure it's done right and fixed the first time. We had a big problem and he worked with me and helped me get it fixed. I thank him and his team for doing this kind of work cuz this is not an easy job or a fun job. I would recommend him to anybody. I like that he is 24hr open. He is always affordable. Thank you again for fixing my problems.
