Review: I live in a very old house in the Danforth area and plumbing issues happen all the time in my household. No matter what the problem is, these guys are at my house within an hour of me calling them. They always explain to me EXACTLY what the problem is and what they will be doing, in laymen terms. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Meh, out of stock for mostly what i needed. Mistakes in their computer system resulted in buying things they didn't have. A frustrating experience, but a nice enough gentleman at the counter. Probably go back when it's convienent and I am not in a rush.

We purchased new bathroom fixtures and a new stainless steel shower curtain piece for our home in the City. While the pieces are beautiful, the installation was shoddy. I couldn't believe my eyes when we had a guest over a few weeks later and the shower curtain piece came off the ceiling and into the tub: the entire thing was screwed into the drywall and was almost entirely supported by the bathtup faucet!!! Not one anchor was used. I had to fix it myself and considering the $5,000 spent I was more than annoyed. As well, I'm calling in a new plumber tomorrow to fix one of the faucet's they installed which has never really worked right and is finally now inoperable.

I had a really great experience with Priority Plumbing today. The booking was efficient and the technician was very pleasant. We had a leaking 100 year old stack pipe. I was surprised that the plumber was equipped to do the job on the spot! I’m very impressed with the overall speed and professionalism of this company. He even cleaned up the mess! I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fast and clean service!

We recently had a waterline installed for a fridge. Neil was excellent to deal with on the phone and John who did the install was extremely professional and courteous.

Had a leak in a hard to reach spot and Jeff took care of it. He was a great communicator and made sure I knew what he was doing before completing each task. When he finished up he gave me a run through of everything he had done and was happy to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend.
