We just started my daughter in the IOS upper elementary classroom this year and love it! She's thriving with the small student-teacher ratio and individualized learning. In addition to regular academics, she loves getting to choose electives she's interested in like theater and art. Lots of time in beautiful nature is great too! As parents, we enjoy being part of a great community.
The Goddard School

After trying several day cares around the area, we ended up at Goddard and have never looked back. Great teachers, friendly staff, our kid loved going here and learned quite a bit. The transition between Goddard and public school was near flawless. We still miss getting the daily emails with activities/pictures that they would send out.

The Goddard School
Pflugerville, Texas, 78660, United States
The Goddard School was recommended to me by a fellow firefighter in the Austin Fire Department. My wife and I both work full time, so when we had our son Enzo he started very early, around 6 months old. It was especially difficult to entrust his care to strangers given that we are first time parents.
Almost two years later I can't tell you how blessed I feel to have The Goddard School (and particularly the new owner and staff) in our lives. Not only do I feel completely comfortable leaving my son in their care, my wife and I have been thoroughly surprised with the level of learning and positive interaction that takes place.
The new owner Ashok it's one of the nicest and most genuine people I have met. In his first year he has not only made significant improvements to the brick-and-mortar aspects of the school itself, but also the technology, security, interactivity and social events have all improved as well. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy the photos of our son and updates we get daily on our phones.
Misty and Danielle in the front office are extremely competent and keep all the back-end logistics running smoothly... stuff parents don't think about but nonetheless are extremely necessary.
My wife and I can't put a price on the peace of mind that the staff at The Goddard School have given us. I have been very pleased with all of our son's teachers and their individual qualities.
If you are in need of childcare and live in the North Austin / Round Rock / Pflugerville area, you will be hard-pressed to find a better group of more genuine, hard working and ethical individuals to care for and educate your child.
On a final note, I would encourage parents to look at the date of reviews posted about the Goddard School when considering it. As I mentioned above, there have been radical changes since Ashok and his family purchased the Goddard School from the previous owners approximately 1 year ago.
The Magellan International School

My daughter started at Magellan in the Pre-primary (pre-school) class at 4 years old. We went to the orientation just to see what was out there. I was immediately blown away by this program. I think other moms will know the feeling when I say, it felt right. Yes, it is Spanish immersion and that was a big draw, but honestly it was much, much more. The IB program is so amazing. The teachers have all been great. The academics is spot on, but more important for me is how they are teaching children to be good citizens, good people. This school incorporates all the values that I believe are important. This program values the whole child. I found that the school is open to working and listening to the parents' concerns and ideas. They really work hard to build a community and I am happy to be apart of it.

Christ Academy

I have three children that attend Christ Academy. They have been in CA since kindergarten and My oldest graduated last yesr from CA. My daughter that graduated is attending Baylor University and feels CA has prepared her for the rigorous course work and responsibilities of taking care of her education at Baylor. She has done very well her first year. My 15 year old daughter is s Sophomore finds the flexibility and content is rigorous and the Staff has given her the tools to manage it as well as her busy active athletic electives. She is also a member of the NHS. My 10 year old is challenged with different opportunities in some of his courses that are available to him because of the personalized education he receives.
The teachers have gone above and beyond to give my children the skills, the tools and the education they need to be successful. The students that graduate here have shown success and the scores the CA students receives on the Aspire test are above national average. These students are academically well prepared and they have proven that already.

Random memory but didn’t have too many pleasant experiences at the school due to the teachers. Some of the teachers were mean and not warm aka not good quality.
I remember at least once a day a certain teacher screaming at a kid for some wrong doing echo down down the hallway. One day I got yelled at, literally screaming at me ,”what were you thinking?!” because I cleaned out the guinea pig cage on the wrong day. Not sure why no adults controlled her behavior.
Also had a nun who I’ll never forget... sister Barbara francis who taught theology and music and would scare us into all going to hell. She even told one girl that her dad probably went to hell because he was cremated and she began crying in class. So messed up... she also had a chihuahua she’d never let anyone touch and would get angry if we did. During music she’d play the piano and look out into the room squinting to make sure all the kids were singing.
Had a science teacher who also wasn’t really nice. She’d condescend you for not knowing stuff in front of the class. One time I misspelled summary and she said out loud “ who doesn’t know how to spell summary” and class just laughed.
