I'm a student here and I love it the teachers are kind and if you are having trouble with anything they will help you ,my favorite thing there is that every Friday we have worship and when we have it the holyspirt touchess the kids and we cry of joy and close are eyes so this school is my church and I will never forget them 😗😗😗

I love this school, the teachers and administration. It’s rare to find a daycare without high turnover, the continuity of care at this center is outstanding. And it gets better, the administration team is wonderful, they are easily accessible and even easier to approach. When I have concerns they are remidied immediately.

TLC Prep school is a great place that provides small teacher to student ratios and instills good values in children. You have to check this place out.

Very positive experience for both my daughters. Been going here for over 4 years now.

My son started as an infant part time, and went full time at Minnieland at about 18 months. He continued there through the Prep program (4 yrs). The facility was clean and safe. When my son sometimes had a tough time seeing me leave in the mornings, I really liked how the teachers hugged him, held him, or played with him to help calm him down. Teacher retention was great, and many of the teachers had their own children enrolled, adding to the family-like atmosphere. If we had concerns, we found that the Directors listened and took care of any problems promptly. Most of the staff knew our son by name, even if he wasn't in their class at the time, and it was obvious that most of the teachers truly enjoyed their jobs and their students. I would absolutely recommend this location, and would still have both of my children attending if we still lived in the area.

If you're a non-catholic thinking about sending your child here DO NOT DO IT. This school demonizes all non-catholic faiths. I was ridiculed daily by teachers which led to being bullied by the students for YEARS. I had TEACHERS threaten to bring in scissors to cut my long black hair, which was in a ponytail EVERYDAY. There were other blonde girls who had long hair down and they never got talked to. I was overweight as well, so that added to the bullying. When I told my parents who went to administrators, the principal and teachers said I was lying and I got in trouble. The education wasn't worth the years of torment I went through at this school. If you're non-catholic and love your kids you take them to any other school than this one.

The first few days my daughter went to Minnieland Academy at Leavells, I thought they were good. Then I started to see what actually went on at this center. They call the infant room a shoe free zone. This is not true. Over the course of the 10 days that my daughter went to this school, I saw staff, school aged kids, and other parents walk into and out of this room with their shoes on (no shoe covers worn even though they are provided outside of the door). During the course of one week (Monday through Friday), I picked my daughter up from 4 different caregivers. There is no continuity of care, which is important for infants. I frequently went to pick my daughter up and found her sleeping in a bouncer. I do not know why they keep the door locked. In the evening when picking up my daughter, I would ring the doorbell and I would get buzzed in without any checking to see who was ringing the door bell. I asked the staff member of the infant room who buzzes the door open if she ever looks to see who it is before opening the door. She said sometimes. Really? Why even lock the door then? The last straw was when I went to pick up my daughter on a Friday evening. She was the last infant to be picked up so it was just her and one staff member in the infant room. My daughter was laying in a bouncer crying all by herself. The staff member was on the other side of the room doing I don't know what. She told me the baby was crying because she had a bowel movement. Why could she not pick up my daughter to console her? This same staff member then told me how she did not even want to work today because she was tired from going to her daughter's engagement party the evening before. The care they gave my daughter was horrible. Most days when I picked my daughter up, she looked sad and her eyes were usually red from crying. I would like to give this place zero stars but that was not an option.

My daughter has been going to RCA since she was 3 and is now going on 5. It is an excellent school and I would recommend it to anyone. She has learned so much and the faculty is great. They have such great values as a Christian school. Reasonably priced. The education my daughter gets is priceless. When my son is old enough to attend he will start too!
