Love this school. And I like that they go up to the 8th grade.

We are fortunate to have this school in Edmonds. I was disappointed that some of the low ratings are from people who don't know the school and aren't from here so why comment?

This school is a bad school

Ok school. My son went to ECS for half a school year and it was just, ok. Two big things: 1) They require you to attend church regularly and keep tabs on your church attendance, just to qualify for enrollment. So if you don't care to attend church at least twice a month, or don't want to be babysat on your regular attendance, you are not considered for enrollment. 2) MONEY!! Lots of $$ needed to attend here. Fees galore. You even have to pay $ to find out if you qualify for their scholarship. Not great incentives for us to enroll a second time.

We love the principal. He is truly a man of God. Unfortunately the school is run by small-town busybodies. We had high hopes for this school but it will never reach its potential with the atmosphere that only welcomes you if you are like the big-shot families. It wasn't long before it was clear to us that we were not welcome there.

I Went there from kindergarten to 4th grade and this year the have 32 kids in one fifth grade class and that just crazy

We currently have 2 children enrolled at Everett Christian School and this is our fourth year attending. This has been a wonderful experience for our family. We are so impressed with how the teachers and staff care for our children while providing a quality Christian education. Highly recommend ECS!!!

Our daughter and son have flourished here for the past 9 years! The administration, teachers, parents, students, and church have been a wonderful blessing to our family! I give my highest recommendation!

This school is fantastic! They have really helped my kids grow academically and socially. I have two boys, one with autism, and they both love the schoolwork, the teachers, and have made many friends. They are excited to go every day and never want to leave. I highly recommend it.

We have been fortunate to send both our daughter's to SMM for pre-school and on to continuing their primary education. The Pre-K teacher and assistant are the BEST you will find! I appreciate their dedication, creativity, energy, care and passion for educating our children. Both our girls built a solid foundation and easily progressed from Pre-K onto Kindergarten.

This school has been around for a long time and stood the test of time and is an excellent school. The staff and teachers who serve at the school are not only wonderful teachers they are very much a great testimony for Jesus and are like Him in they way they treat the students and each other. My wife and her sister went to Valley View when they were young and they have been forever changed by the loving people in this school.

Our boys have been attending Zion Lutheran since 2008, they are in 5th and 6th grade now. We did go to public school for "almost" one year for family reasons in 2014-2015 and it was a horrible experience. My children were just another number, the teacher wasn't capable of establishing and maintaining a relationship with her students and the principal was not an advocate for the children in her care. Quite the very opposite here at Zion. Excellent leadership starts from the top. Lynne (Principal) is filled with the spirit of Christ-like behavior, her leadership is with a calm demeanor who believes in teaching the child the same when a disciplinary action needs to take place. She has high expectations of her staff and as a result you have excellent, loving, caring and attentive teachers. Your child will be taught as a whole body rather than just being taught to take standardized testing. Thank you Zion for all that you've done for our family.
