Real Estate Agent

John Patricelli was referred to me by a family member. I used John as my agent for my first real estate sale (of my condo) and my first purchase of a detached home. This was highly stressful for both me and my husband as both of these deals happened within the same week! John really made us feel confident and at ease throughout the whole process. We were extremely happy with the outcome of both deals and if it weren't for John's professionalism, expertise, & heart, I don't know if it would have been as successful as it was. I highly recommend using John Patricelli, I know I will in the future.

Professional and Courteous. Has the most active realtors in the area to give you the inside track. The Managing Broker also runs a very tight ship so you are in good hands with anyone.

Amazing service. Competent workers. Reliable and highly recommended!!!

Chad and his assistant are horrible at their profession. This office is a hole in the wall with poor leadership. Learn to respect people's time!

Judy has been our Realtor from the very beginning of our home-buying experience -- helping my husband & I find our first place together as newlyweds, and now 6 years later helping us sell our condo and find a home that fits the needs of our growing family. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Judy cares genuinely about each and every one of her clients, she is hard-working, her attention to detail is unsurpassed, she is dedicated to helping her clients get the very best, whether it is buying or selling (or both!), and she has an astounding understanding of the ins & outs of the real estate business. She is kind and generous, and yet there is no question that she means business. Always professional, always attentive, there is absolutely no one else that we would rather have representing us in our real estate journey.

Friendly, helpful, professional people. Great people to help with with any real estate transactions.

Haze did an amazing job when I bought my house. As a first time home buyer, there were many questions I had that he was able to explain to me in ways where I was able to understand. I will definitely use him again when I purchase my next home!

Great realtors and exceptional service!

It was a great pleasure to work with Fred. Fred is truly passionate about real estate and helping people. He is very knowledgeable about the market. He shared a lot of good insight about the neighborhood and the building. He is very patient and takes time to educate me. He doesn't push me into making quick decisions or jump on any property I saw. He provides me with insightful analysis, pros and cons for me to make rational decisions. I have learnt a lot about the condo market in the past 8 months. Fred has good experience working with investors and eventually helped me getting a place that has great value and good return on investment. I know I can trust Fred and rely on his advice. He is really honest, down to earth and a joy to work with. Thanks Fred!

Non-responsive. I asked about my application and sent them a few emails. No one responded. Would've been nice if he gave me an update.

Gavin Bains and his team at Keller Williams is my Vancouver Realtor I can trust with all my referrals. He is honest, compassionate & he is one of the hardest working in the industry. I highly recommend Gavin and his Real Estate team for any transaction you may be doing in the Vancouver area.

Brian Lau has been professional in his consultation with the purchase of our condo. He showcased prompt followup. Our experience has been great and will use again.

Really weird experience at this Real Estate office. Had an appointment to see an agent, arrived early and another agent tried to convince me not to use the agent that I had come to see, but to use him instead. It got weirder when I found out this was the owner of the office. I didn't trust him and no purchase was done. The original agent I came to see lost out as well, I still think he was a nice guy, but the owner put me off. I couldn't leave fast enough!

Keller Williams assigned Victoria Zhu as my realtor. Victoria is the first realtor I've used, helping me find my new condo in Port Coquitlam. Being a first-time home buyer is quite an overwhelming, exciting, scary thing! She was very professional, patient and encouraging throughout the entire process. We looked at many places and she was always able to accommodate mine and my husband's schedules. She was present during the home inspection and made helpful comments and suggestions before we made the biggest purchase of our lives. Victoria is great, as is the rest of the team at Keller Williams.

Coldwell Banker has been around since 1906 and is represented in over 40 countries. That alone impresses me about the company. They are also in the top 10 with regards to real estate professional training.
