Real Estate Agent

Brad and I have worked together on numerous mortgage transactions. He is very knowledgeable, personable and provides exceptional service to his clients. I would happily recommend Brad to any of my family, friends and clients

The best guys in town for buying and selling. Loved buying our house through Chris Gill!

Great Realtors. Fantastic owner. Highly recommend

Kind person at reception, made me feel welcome. She helped me as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Good Realtors!

I have been working with Ryan Fach from the NealEstate team and he has gone above and beyond to make sure I am making an educated decision. He has done so much research for me and answered all of my questions, even the annoying ones. He is by far the best I have ever worked with. Thanks Ryan!

Perfect home found by perfect agent! I was new to Vancouver Island and needed to find a condo near the downtown core with a list of specific criteria Shawn listened and understood my real estate needs and was quick to locate and show me possible condos for my needs and more importantly my budget. Thankfully he handled all the phone calls and paperwork, as I was too busy finalizing my move to the island. I highly recommend Shawn and have since recommended him to family, friends and new co-workers in the office.

Great service! Very personable, professional and attentive!

I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first home. I started out my search with Ron after a referral from a good friend; he was patient, informative, and taught me what oversights several people make when buying real estate. Ron was on a weekend away and made sure to give me Glen’s contact information incase I needed something, sure enough I did when my future home came on the market. Glen took care of every detail and was in contact with me every step of the way, Ron even called to check in on the progress throughout. Best Coast Homes is a well oiled Real Estate team that simply cannot be rivaled. Don’t get me started on their attentive assistant Syndi, every document, correspondence, and question was answered or delivered before I needed it. This is the team you want in your next Real Estate venture!

I cannot recommend the Dodd team enough - specifically as a first time home buyer. Karn helped me through every step of the buying process, and made it as painless as possible; explaining every step of the process and getting me set up with everything I needed. Every roadblock and concern I encountered during the deal Karn and the team were able to resolve it in a matter of minutes and hours rather than days and weeks. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the Dodd team for making what was to be a very stressful deal in a very stressful market as worry free as possible. Thanks :)
