Real Estate Agent

Young inexperienced realtor, and it shows. Dropped in for an open house and a few basic questions, got the sense she was making up the answers along the way. Nice and all but I prefer to go with someone with at least 10 years as a realtor.

The Paul Khara team did an amazing job selling my South Surrey home. They are very knowledgeable about the current lower mainland market, and I truly felt I was represented by a professional team with strong work ethic. Thanks again, it was a pleasure working with you!

My heart bleeds when I see the New Coast Signs in places like White Rock, Poco and Maple Ridge.. These guys are not in the interest of Canadian culture and community.

Highly professional, responsive office that knows the local market. The service is incredible!!

We’ve used Patti both when we bought and then sold our townhouse. She and her staff were fantastic each time! When buying she helped us negotiate a great price and when selling she was keeping us up to date on showings and getting our place sold quickly. Would definitely recommend!

You can always tell a good realtor by their attentiveness and quick response. Greg has both these attributes and more and our experience with him was excellent. We made our move from Ontario to South Surrey BC without physically seeing our purchase and our friends thought we were crazy....but a great realtor makes you feel like distance isn't a factor. Once we communicated our expectations and limitations with Greg, he did all the leg work for us and took video's of potential hot spots and really analyzed the homes as if he was purchasing them for himself. Because we were constricted in time, he moved quickly trying to find the right location and home that fit our needs. Greg was right there ….making us feel comfortable with our house hunting and eventual purchase With his quick response and attentiveness we didn't feel like we were missing a thing, especially having never left Ontario So... would recommend Greg Finlay? Zoe went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first home. She has a gifted way in determining who people are and relating it to the homes they purchase. It was that trust that gave me full confidence in having her go to showings on my behalf while working out of town. In turn, I ended up with a beautiful home and couldn't be more happy. Thanks Zoe!

Leah is an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I were very fortunate to find her upon moving back to the Lower Mainland. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect and she made the whole process easy on us. She's fun, personable and most importantly - knows what she's doing! We would certainly work with her again in the future!

Nancy is the best real estate agent that i met here in Vancouver, BC. She is very knowledgeable and very precise. I like to way she does things and everything is done. Even a place where it is a challenge to sell makes it like a cakewalk for Nancy and Associates. The best was Nancy knows how to communicate with customers. Unlike other realtors they just gives a lot of promises and nothing comes out of it. Nancy is very detailed person and you will not go wrong with her for a realtor. If i have lots of cash for investment, she would be my realtor agent for life !
