Mike Eddy is simply the best, here's why. Our family of 4 planned on moving from the Fraser Valley to Vancouver Island. The Geo was between Ladysmith and Millbay. With such a wide-spread are and with so many nuances, I would think most realtors would tell us to pound sand and narrow our search. Not Mike, he gracious took the time for us to acclimate to each area and over time, we began to understand what niche spots held the best value and also meet our needs. He REALLY knows the market from Ladysmith to Millbay. We came over a half a dozen times to view homes, watch the market heat up, and watch homes that we were interested in quickly disappear.
