Even if property goes off market, it would be a courtesy to call interested party and let them know. EDIT: After left review got contacted by a realtor and explained the situation. Although satisfactory in the content it came as reactive approach, not proactive.

FAIR REALITY WAS THE LISTING REALTOR AS WELL AS THE OWNER OF THE HOME I PURCHASED. WE HAD TO ASK THE LISTING REALTOR 4 TIMES TO GET AN AGE ON THE HOT WATER TANK. THE FIRST 3 ANSWER WERE I DON'T KNOW. THIS INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT WHEN BUYING HOME INSURANCE. YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD KNOW THAT BEING THE REALTOR AND THE HOME OWNER. WHEN I ASKED WHAT WAS COVERED BY THE STRATA I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE STRATA MYSELF. WE PUT IN THE CONDITIONS TO PURCHASE THAT THE HOME BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BEFORE THE POSSESSION DATE. I EVEN CONFIRM IN AN EMAIL THAT THE HOME WAS CLEANED BEFORE THE POSSESSION. IT WAS FILTHY. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FAIR REALITY.

This lady is toxic. I do not know anyone that has anything nice to say about her. She has outright lied to me and not apologised after I have caught her in a lie . Do not trust her. Do not have any dealings with her. She is very rude and unpleasant to be around.
