We went with Joan because of the experience and recommendation from a friend. She is professional and knows the market well. Even dealing with her from across the country she took care of everything and was always available of get back to us quickly with the correct info. Joan Miller went above and beyond even after the sale. When we got possession of the house the seller failed to take care of things they needed to do. She was immediately on it and made sure that things got done properly and quickly. She took care of things and made it perfect. Even down to the details of getting us a new Canada post key. I would definitely recommend her again.
