Real Estate Agent

The Cardas Mugridge Group are the best!

Danielle is a complete professional and extremely efficient in her job. She was responsive (almost real-time), pro-active and addressed all her concerns in a timely manner. Most importantly, she listens to you as a client which should be an expected quality with realtors but is hard to find these days. I have had some below par experiences with realtors in the past and was skeptical moving to a new province but given our recent purchase, I would rank Danielle right at the top!

Joanne was my realtor when I was selling 5 acres+house in Aldergrove. For a few reasons this property was a 'hard sell' ( a challenge ). She was always there to answer questions and respond to e-mails. It sold !!

Jonathan and his team were very professional and easy to work with. They put a lot of effort into selling our house and it paid off (largely). I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

It is my pleasure to share a few details of my experience with realtor Mr. Michael Thorne in 2010. I was one of those unfortunate few who had listed with a different agent and for several months had no offers - even with over 50 spectators walking through! Discouraged and concerned, I received a reference from mutual friends to give Mike and his partner a call. A meeting ensued and immediately I was impressed with the forthrightness, exposure ideas and decorating advice. Together they really got the ball rolling with guidance and recommendations. The professionalism and expertise presented by Michael and his team is truly unparalleled. It provided me with the confidence that a sale would be eminent. Within one business day of exposure we had acquired an offer and a sale resulted. Thank you again Michael Thorne – Best wishes Patty and Bill

This is the biggest and best real estate office in Maple Ridge, with three locations across town to display your home to the public. The realtors here are energetic, knowledgeable and helpful.

Mike Kent is currently representing me as a seller

In a market that is so competitve, Nathan worked tirelessly to keep our options stocked when searching for potential homes. Nathan answered every single one of our texts promptly, and really simplified the logistics of real estate. Thank you Nathan for filtering through houses so we could find our home!

Incredible! Friendly, helpful, consitant. The only realtor I would trust. Thanks so much Bob!

We recently used Chase Shymkiw to buy our home and could not have been happier with him. During the process we looked at quite a few properties and wrote a few offers. Chase was very knowledgeable and informative of the current market conditions and trends as well as the local neighborhoods! He was very professional and punctual, & had no problem meeting us very late in the night to get contracts signed up, as that was our only available time. He responded promptly and kept us informed throughout the entire process! I will definitely being using Chase again, & will refer Chase to my friends and family in the future and have been doing so already!
