Real Estate Agent

Cindy was very responsive, kind, and flexible. I was very impressed by the speed with which she got back to us when we contacted her with questions or to set up a showing. She successfully helped us navigate our way through the home buying process for our first time. She kept us on track and well-informed. I would happily recommend her.

Worse experience with a real estate agent. Will never work with Tony Abone and his company again. Id give him no stars if i could.

Kind people

I had a great experience buying my house with Title Forward.

My realtor, Richard Sarver worked tirelessly to find just right house "home" for my needs. When I grew tired of the effort...he never gave up. A Vietnam Vet's widow using my VA loan benefit thru my husband's service, he guided me to just right lender and patiently thru paperwork. He said he would find me just the right home and he made good on his word. Richard is a hard worker..doesn't give up and above all..someone you can trust in making such a major purchase. I would reach out to him again if need arises...without hesitation. He is a dedicated professional. Spencer Group has a great representative in Richard Sarver!

Working hard so you don't have to!

I just bought a townhouse in Northampton, with the excellent help of Delap agent Laura Sandvik. From the moment Laura got responded to my query about a property, things have gone like clockwork. From our first contact to closing (on a different property) took just over 6 weeks! Laura is knowledgeable, responsive, helpful--she even kept in touch with me while on vacation on the other side of the world! She is a delight to work with, as she's very positive, pleasant, has great relationships with others involved in the process, and she took a genuine personal interest in what I was looking for and helped me land it. I cannot recommend Laura Sandvik, and thus Delap Real Estate, more highly--I'd give her 10 stars!

Sharon and Lesly worked relentlessly to find a home for me! Even when the market had me discouraged, they kept searching hard for me! Sure enough, I am now under contract on the perfect home for me!

Love love love the owner!!

Wonderful to work with!!

Have dealt with Terry for years! If you want results, call them. They work for you! Buying or selling, very good!
