Real Estate Agent

Excellent service, excellent people.

Akash Bedi has a great team!

Do not trust this person with the sale or purchase of your home. He is all about the money and could care less what he says or does to make the sale. He is not working for you, only his commission. Lies and more lies and you don't have a leg to stand on once you have signed that listing agreement. The broker he works for Royal le Page is entirely on board with this unethical agent.

Will definitely use Ivan to sell our next home, he is a man of integrity and values, and can be trusted to sell your biggest investment.

Michael helped us with the sale of one home and the purchase of another. With Michael’s guidance, we were able to purchase with confidence as well as sell our house with multiple offers, and above asking price.

Bob & Deb took us over from another agent and were very personable and caring. They found the heart of our home and sold it within 1 week! 1 open house! They followed through to with everything they planned keeping us informed every step of the way. They took all their own measurements confirming property lines with the city. We not only worked with Bob but his whole team. They sent in their person to stage our home taking it to the height of its potential and their professional photographer took the photos making them available on their many multimedia sites providing the best coverage to reach many potential buyers. They saw the potential in our garden and gazebo focused on that as a saleable feature. We have had nothing but professional expertise from this team and recommend them to fully take care of you during the sale of your home. Thank you Bob & Deb Goodfellow.
