Real Estate Agent

Good buffet and fantastic patio overlooking the lake. Price on the course was a bit high but overall not bad

As first time homebuyers, we initially had a difficult time finding a real estate agent who could work with us in a manner that was helpful for our situation. Brad was referred to us by a friend who had a good experience working with him. We can say with confidence that Brad did a fantastic job for us as well. He took the time and effort to understand where we were at in terms in housing preferences, and carefully guided us along dimensions that we had not yet considered. All the way along to the negotiation stage of the process, he was very competent, knowledgable, and business style was professional. We would not hesitate to work with him again.

Great brokerage to work for! Both Micheal Brodrick and Michael Labant are amazing!

Not happy at all with this company or the realtor we used. Numerous errors and unprofessional service from the realtor that were addressed with the owner (Dione Todd) who couldn't be bothered to help us. Want excellent service, professionalism and effort? Want your home sold? Use a different real estate agency.

Devon was referred to me by my real estate agent that was helping me sell my house in Strathmore. Devon was great in setting up showings for houses in the Hat and being able to work around my schedule which made it easy for me to be involved in both selling of my house, getting ready to move and purchasing my new house. I would recommend without hesitation to friends and relatives to have Devon help with either selling or buying their home.

Torrey assisted my husband and I in selling our acreage and showing us our new home. He was available throughout the process and was fantastic during the negotiating process. We recommend Torrey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I was more than pleased to work with Carey Emerson when selling my house. He was very knowledgeable, keep you informed at all times. Went to extra length to answer all questions and was available at all times to help.Loved his soft gentle and kindness that helped to keep my anxiety under control. Would fully recommend Carey to anyone. Thanks Carey and his staff, all very kind and polite, very considerate and helpful.

Jonny from Property Knights truly lives up to his promise of a "legendary real estate experience." He is incredibly knowledgeable of the real estate market and his trustworthy character made our buying and selling decisions more comfortable and confident. In regards to performance, Jonny sold our house in just 22 days!
