Real Estate Agent

The agent we worked with was Rosemarie Stashko. She went above and beyond from start to finish. We moved from NY to Western Pennsylvania. She understood the inconvenience of our 380 mile drive and dedicated two full days to show us over 15 houses in two days. Once we found the house we chose she worked with us straight up to closing. She even met us for the first walk through even though she was sick. If you are looking for an agent who will strive to see all your needs are met, and make sure that all goes smoothly, make sure to ask for Rosemarie Stashko.

I have worked with hundreds of governmental agencies over 20+ years and never have I seen such a dysfunctional organization. I have worked with the commission on a project for over one year and this project realistically should have taken less than 6-8 weeks. The majority of my calls were passed from department to department and when the pass-off was made my calls and emails were not returned in a timely basis. I estimate that over 60-70% of my calls and emails were not returned at all. I had to call multiple times and email multiple times to even receive a response. And the responses that I did receive were perfunctory and looks as if it were composed by a 9 year old. This is truly sad as complying with the laws is compulsory, however, the commission certainly does not make it easy. Realistically, the director of the commission should be fired and management should be restructured, or the entire team should be fired and rebuilt from scratch. I have worked with many agencies in other states and the feeling you receive in some states is that they are 'here to help' and they are resourceful and responsive. This is absolutely not so with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. To the contrary, when contacting then you feel as if you are imposing on them and bothering them. Communism died with the Cold War. We realize you have a monopoly on real estate licensing in Arkansas, however, you must bear in mind that you also have indirect competition (other states) and unfortunately we are dismantling our project (it was a $12,000,000+ project) and taking it to another state.

Julie Lamoreaux was great! Very informative, helpful and positive. All great things when buying a first home. 10/10 would refer to a friend :) Thanks again!

Our growing family was desperate to find a house in a very limited window. Liz Kaiser not only helped us find that home within the necessary timeframe, but also made it as painless as humanly possible. There was so much to juggle, but Liz was right there - always competent, beyond helpful, and clearly looking out for us. We would trust no one else to help your family find a home - and neither should you.

If you're looking for outstanding, hard-working, and HONEST representation from your realtor, then look no further! The 2-lady team at Sutton Group are by far the best in this area of Alberta! We started our search for our new home, not knowing the area, but all of our concerns were soon put to rest when we started working with Ashley and Sharon. These ladies listened to exactly what we were searching for, and they didn't give up until they found EXACTLY what we had asked for! Both ladies are genuine and very caring individuals. My husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience with them. We have no hesitations to recommend their services to anyone who is interested in finding real estate with people that share good "old-fashioned" values.

Loved working with Trudy - she was always positive, asked great questions and was willing to take time with us finding us the perfect house. Highly recommend her.

Jeniah is an experienced, professional & hard working real estate agent! She truly cares about your satisfaction and will go the extra mile! Look no further if you are wanting someone to help with all aspects of selling or purchasing your home!
