Real Estate Agent

Excellent Real Estate Firm now owned by Coldwell Banker

These guys helped me rent two houses, sell a house...they are the ones I refer to my friends and clients. The very best service in the valley. Hands down.

This has been the best Real Estate team I have been a part of. The programs and technology to help our clients is amazing. Jason Mitchell knows where he wants to be in the Real Estate market and he proves that everyday.

I submitted an offer to one of their listings and got an email response letting us know they decided to go with another buyer. Which is completely fine. However, the email contained the history where Azy forwarded our offer, writing “Here is another offer. They are idiots”. Next time, please remember to remove/delete your history when insulting.

Jenn (the owner) and the rest of the team are great! Easy to work with, honest, Knowledgeable, hard working and reliable.

We met Olga almost a year before we decided to sell our house and just wanted to talk about the overall process and some high-level questions. She completely surprised us with a full valuation of our home and a full market analysis with key trends! She was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and also talked to all agents who had a house in the middle of a transaction at the time. Olga was able to get the sales price, how many offers each of those houses had, and some of the offer terms - that won our trust on the spot! We liked that Olga wasn't pushy and she was really there to help us with whatever we needed at the time. She stayed in touch with us and provided some additional resources that helped us decide where we wanted to move to and what we could do to get more money for our house. We really appreciated her suggestions and she was very transparent about what might not be worth spending money on. Really great experience working with Olga and highly recommend her.

I rented a townhouse at 5885 Clinton St. to Coldwell Banker agent Bob Day on July 18, 2016. I returned the house to him as representative of the owner Robert Henning on August 26, 2017 It has passed 43 days and I have not received back my Security Deposit. Bob Day was the agent and he was the agent for the owner to receive the property back. I have called him this week again and he does not answer any more. It is dishonest. I want my Security Deposit back from Robert Henning. When I rented the 5885 Clinton St., LA, CA 90004 townhouse I thought on Coldwell Banker as a trustable realty business. Now, after The nightmare I am going throu I will never rent a property from a Coldwell Banker agent nor recommend anybody to do it.

Definitely a great guy to work with. Super responsive and personable. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and he does it well. Everything you can ask for in a home buying experience.

Worst company ever . Website is good for looking but do not use their services, don't waste your time with their services.....
