Real Estate Agent

A great bunch of Realtors

Turnkey Real Estate just helped me negotiate a deal to buy a house for BELOW asking price in Tacoma's coveted 98407 zipcode. I will soon have a great house in a choice neighborhood for a bargain. If you need help buying in the Tacoma area, you'd be wise to telephone Isaac and Craig at Team Tuttle.

We were completely satisfied with the service we received from Laura Wood and Think realty. We chose Laura upon recommendation from a friend and past client of hers. We were attracted to her long-time commitment to the area and clear knowledge and love of Portland and of her work. She first met with us after-hours, at her office when she was sick! Though the process itself was often very daunting and it was hard to keep our hopes up at times, Laura and her team were 100% accessible, extremely knowledgeable and had our interests in mind. Laura had a clear vision of what we were looking for and would not hesitate to deter us from homes that did not meet our needs, especially if it seemed like we might “settle” for less than what we really wanted. There was also 0% pressure. We never go the sense that we were inconveniencing them or not making decisions fast enough. Laura made the process so much more tolerable and I can’t emphasize the extent to which she was available and working on our behalf. She is patient, funny and knowledgeable. Laura pulled off some Jedi-Ninja negotiations with the owner of the house we bought which really helped our pocket book and improved the quality of our investment. She’s amazing! Without hesitation, we recommend Laura Wood and Think Realty.

We just started the home buying process and Green Group practically fell into our lap. We have had the opportunity to interact with several members of the team and all of them have been nothing but positive and helpful. Ryan is now helping us hunt for our dream home, he has taken the time to create a list of or likes/dislikes and I'm sure we will be in our home before we know it. He has also introduced us to a lender and they have both worked to help us understand the process better.

Windermere Agent BJ Allen is the BEST! I am an investor, and closed 3 properties with her. She is on top of her game! Hard working, knowledgeable, incredible attention to detail, gets things done yesterday that were due today. Fantastic negotiator and all around amazing professional. Highly recommend!!

Im not too sure if the same owner runs it, but some of the staff/real estate agents here were awful when I was younger (a trainee at the front desk at the time was very sweet). Im in my mid twenties and looking to buy a house but will never use anyone at this location. When I was 12 years old, I was looking for cancer donations as my school got all the kids to try to collect donations. Came here with my friend and we were yelled and screamed at to get out. And that they did not want solicitors around. At the time, because I was really young (my friend included) we didn't know what a solicitor was. I've never forgotten this and had to share it.

I have been in the industry for 24 years and this office has the very best front end staff who are funny and efficient and a manager who is a leader who makes things happen. Scott McDonald is one of those infectious people that inspire others to be better. The realtors help one another and the synergy is positive and caring. Truly one of a kind.

Paul helped us find our perfect house in west Van. Was a pleasure doing business with him would recommend his services anytime.

Paul is the most international broker in Canada. We flew in fron Montreal and he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for.

Debora Coelho Gordon is the best realtor in Eugene!

Vicki is the best. She is the reason I got our 5 bedroom home for 105,000. Could not be happier with her.

I had the pleasure of working with John and his team last fall. They sold my house in just 4 days for a price that I was very happy with. I would reccomend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to work with C3. Thank you, Yasser

Nice office and very polite staff!
