Real Estate Agent

Despite being a sad time selling my childhood home after my parents died, working with Reza made it the most positive experience imaginable. He provided calm professional presence, excellent listening skills, wise advice, unflappable demeanour and sold the house in record time in the toughest of markets for an excellent price. I highly recommend Reza.

After being in need of a place and fast, Wenzel tried effortlessly to get me a place and was also exactly along the lines of what I was looking for! Will definitely use him again and I recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience as a first time buyer. Went in knowing nothing, and went out with a property that exceeded my expectations. Hilary gave me the all of the information and support I needed to buy with confidence. An absolute pleasure the whole way through. Highest recommedation and greatest thanks!

I cannot recommend Lisa enough for her services, knowledge and attention to detail. She was instrumental in helping me find incredible tenants for my condo. From the very start, she was incredibly proactive and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain her thought process with me, helped me understand the current market and took care of all the details in getting everything together when it was time to put the condo on the market (e.g., taking professional pictures, adding detailed descriptions, sharing contracts, etc). She made the process extremely easy and seamless and it was hugely appreciated that she took so much time to ensure the job was done to the highest of standards. This also included exploring different options when challenges presented itself. From start to finish, I did not have to worry about a single detail. When it comes time to buy our second home, we will definitely be using her again. Your home will be in great hands with Lisa.

We were referred to Mr Alfano through a friend to help us buy our new home. He had helped us find our first home that fit out budget and made the process smooth. Thanks again highly recommended.

Best real estate agent around! Honest, kind, and really cares about the client! And he’s kind of cute too.

Really educated agent and knowledgeable about the market. My clients have been very successful with alex

If you tell Sam what you’re looking for he’ll go out of his way to make sure you get it. Very professional, honest and patient. Very pleasant to work with. We were very nervous when we started looking for our first home but he made sure that everything went smooth and explained many things to us that we didn’t even think or know about. I’m glad we went with him when we decided to buy our first home. I highly recommend him. Thanks Sam!

I would highly recommend Deborah to help buy/sell your home. Her attentiveness, hard work and good advice was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to hire Deborah again. Jacob

I still tell people about the positive experience I had while working with Claude. He is very knowledgeable, a quick thinker, professional, and goes that extra mile.
