Very unprofessional, after wasting my time for two days to see a until. And after driving 45 minutes and wasting another time to see the unit today. I have told that a qualified person submitted an application yesterday. Really??? why not saying that before I came and why they had all my bank statements and private informations.
The qualified person didn't sign the lease and that made me unqualified ??
I have been living in midtown and downtown Detroit for more than 6 years and lived on 4 places. This is the worst leasing experience I ever had.

Diamond Davis was supposed to be my realtor. She lowered the price of my home, without my permission. By 34,000$. Did not communicate offers and even placed the sign in the wrong spot.
In my opinion Diamond Davis and Front Page Properties are unprofessional and less than honest at best. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Joe Fallea Real Estate Sales Representative
624 Chilver Rd #Unit 101, Windsor, Ontario, N8Y 2K2, Canada
I contacted Joe Fallea to help search for houses in Windsor. He is a real wheeler dealer. He found us a House and we went way over asking mostly for him pushing for it to make a sale for himself. The House obviously needed a lot of work but we went ahead with it because he said he had all the contractors and contacts for the work needing done......Long story short.... After the sale and he got his commission he doesn't respond to phone calls and has disappeared. I don't recommend this estate agent as he is all about making money and not about you finding you a real home!

Called agent today to inform her that a cat was trapped in an empty house with her sign in front. No one has visited/viewed the house for at least 3 days. In the 8 hours since my call no one has come to investigate. Even if you don't care about the animal, I would think you would care about the damage it is doing to the property. Feces, urine and eventually dead cat will stink up the place.
