They work on weekends, got me the house in my budget and requirements in just one visit. Humble people.

I will not be doing business here again. We found a rental property for our family through David yankovic. We struck a deal to move into the home early without paying for a week because they house still needed work and we agreed to do it. We took really good care of the property. I am an insane neat freak and take great pride in where we live. Again and again the land Lord was either over seas and unreachable or he was shirking off on fixing serious safety and structural concerns. Including not paying us back for fixing the toliet, animals trying to burrow in the home under the siding, no smoke detectors for months, dryer broke twice and we waited a month for it to get fixed the first time. We finally were fed up with the high rent with little concern the land lord was giving to fixing anything. We struck an agreement to move out 1 month early from our 1 year lease agreement. David and the land lord agreed the would look to find a tenant to fill a new lease by when we moved. I agreed to send them photos to help the home find a new tenant. If they couldn't find a tenant by that time we agreed the remainder of our security deposit was theirs. They never looked for another tenant. Never posted online. I found a couple prospective tenants to call remax and talk to David. To this day we were not given back our remainder of the security deposit. Nor were we given a letter stating they were keeping the deposit. Serious dishonesty with remaxs David yankovic and the land lord.

I also had a very bad experience with Alexis Realty. Mr. Thomas I would like to contact you and ask a few questions about your experience.

Advertises on internet they do Property Management but person answering phone says the do not do Property Management. False advertising?

Very professional with great people.

Attitude, Unprofessional, & once they get their $ don't expect anything! Bought home with big deadbolts on side fence & garage. Wasn't even given key on closing & had to call & get door code. Realtor called & was told they didn't have code or keys to other deadbolts & it was like that when they acquired house which was a lie because their preservation company was putting them on at the time of my showing. Had to buy $49 bolt cutter to get them off. 5 days later guy shows up taking pics & I asked if I can help him & he was being a jerk saying can I help u & told him I was the home owner & his response was 'No your not'!!! So this is how u do business. Get your preservation company in order!!!

Do not trust these people! Their place near Utica has been shut down because of their practices. They are being investigated by the FBI and Oakland County Sheriffs office. I purchased my home through these people, and they did nothing but band-aid work. They claim to not know any issues with the house, but after a costly new roof, new interior after water damage, all contractors said there is no way they did not know. Stay far away from these people. Many restoration companies know of them and their cheap practices - many refuse to work for them anymore.
