I got old fries. Service was confused, and finally realized I was there to order... Because of the distractions, I had to order honey mustard separately, and the facial expression on the man taking my additional payment for honey mustard made me feel unwelcome. Perception is reality.

Ax not happy this visit, and I'm normally a happy customer. I ordered for the curbside to go. They told me my wait time was 12 minutes. I told the person on the phone I was in traffic, so I would be there as soon as I could. I called at 453pm. That meant my meal should be ready at 505pm. I probably arrived about 510-515. I called at 520, and they were walking out with my food.then. Then it was another 5 minutes to pay, get my card back, etc. First of all, don't give an unreal time to pick up food. 2nd, why, as a large chain, do you not have those tableside credit card scanners? Would save time.

Beyond disappointed, this used to be my go to subway, but how I was treated today was unacceptable. I ordered a double meat chicken breast salad with extra cheese. I was asked if I wanted anything else on it. I said no. So he said “just the cheese and chicken. I said yes. So the guy puts it in the bowl and I said sorry, I would like letuce too. He scoffed and put it back in the prep bowl, I then said I’d like ranch dressing as well, and he got a huge attitude and asked rudely if there was anything else I wanted on it before he put it back in the bowl. I don’t feel like I need to specify that I’d like lettuce in my salad...

Absolutely wonderful staff. Every time we go we sit at the bar and we're served by a wonderful and adorable bartender. He not only makes amazing drinks, but makes conversation. He's just so likable!

Went here looking for a fresh seafood fix. A solid homerun! We each ordered a Steamer Bucket. It was a fantastic combination of clams, oysters, shrimp, and crab. Everything is made to order. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend a visit to this little gem.

Well, it's a franchise but it's one inside a military exchange store right next to a huge base so there are going to be busy lines at lunchtime and because demand is high, you can expect service will be inconsistent. Food is done to standards, as far as I can tell, but I wouldn't call this a well-oiled machine. If you're around and there's no line, I'd go for it but it's a food court so follow your stomach and weigh your options.
