Slowest "fast food" place I've ever been too. There customer service is absolutely terrible as well
UPDATE: tried this place again today and wow I wish I could give them a zero. The car in front of me has been at this speaker for 7 mins and no one has helped him. Line is backed around the parking lot even after 6 cars pulled up and left bc the line was so long and not moving. 26 mins in the drive through to get w 6 PC nugget and Jr bacon cheeseburger. That's ridiculous. No apologies or any recognition that they are terrible and made us wait that long.

I love this place, I come here whenever I'm in this area which is not very often. The food is on point it's authentic, the staff is friendly.the only issue is online said they opened at 915. I show up and it was 1030 before they opened and I believe because I was in the parking lot lol. This food is awesome! So I am sitting and waiting for my meal, don't care it's taking forever.

When I worked at the VA this was our go to spot literally EVERY Saturday. I love this place.
If people think Carenas and Jamaica house is good, this place knocks them out the box.
I hope they can get a bigger spot one day because the business they get is booming.
Yes there are long lines, but the food is so worth it.
My favorite is their brown stew chicken.
My ex is from Jamaica and when he went there he LOVED it.
Well done Queens, well done.

They should take the franchise rights away from this place. Calling this a Pizza Hut is a shame. You wait 25 minutes for a carry out pizza and the show up and they tell you it’s gonna be 25 more minutes. And they conveniently charge your card so you can’t tell them to cancel it. Ridiculous. This place is a joke.

I love this place. Usually, I sit at the bar, have a Guinness, and grab some food. The company is always good and the bartenders always attentive.
On the nights I'm there with the family, the table service is friendly. The food, while not always amazing, is usually good and the portions healthy.
They have great burgers and bar food. I've been told the pizza is good.
