Phenomenal service!! Went for brunch last weekend and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was served promptly and was nice & hot, not to mention delicious! The service was excellent, the staff were very attentive to our needs (especially with us bringing in our toddler) and we met the executive chef Ryan, as he came out to see how our meal was. I would absolutely recommend this place! (Also, the view is stunning and the mimosas are amazing!) 👌

Ordered the salmon eggs Benedict with panfries, best panfries I have even had and a very good eggs Benedict. Service was very good and such friendly servers. I will definitely be back soon to try something else. Loved the atmosphere too, sat in a nice sunny room, perfect in the cold weather.

Always clean, not to busy, food order is always done correctly. And the food is served quickly. This DQ is by far the best in the whole Victoria area.

I don’t even feel this place deserves a star, but it would not let me do a review if I didn’t. We were a group of nine, myself and my brother in law got the same Thai chicken appy his cane mine did not, mains came all at different time some were still being cooked ok it’s at this point been about an hour or more. Everyone started to get served, everyone except for two people got there main course. So we waited then were told they got missed so were being cooked. Ok now I’m super annoyed. Finally my sister in laws mom was served. Oh but wait I still have not received my appy. Ok really are we serious, oh after the second to last person was already half way done I received my meal. My sister in law took a bite of her burger to find raw meat, not just a tad pinkish but raw hamburger meat. The manager gave her a gift card for a free appy, I laughed because you bet your arse she won’t be eating there again. My mother in laws veggies were raw my chicken was not bad thank god cause I was about to loose my marbles at this point. Well my sister in law sent her food back and because everything came at different time everyone was pretty well done so she told waitress to forget it. By the way our waitress was a champ. Then came the bills well that’s for another day. Anyways long story short we will not be eating there again. Icing on the cake though my partner got sick when we got home. Thanks milestones for ruining my kid free night with friends and family. I just want to thank the waitress again for being so patient and empathetic to what was going on, your a rock start I wish I got your name so I could post it because you were amazing.

Always disappointed with the service and the food at this location. Bacon and egger today had close to raw bacon and this lovely chunk of butter in it. Gag.

It is a predictable family favorite. ...We know the menu where the washrooms are and it is always clean and fresh When we arrive. We come here for breakfast and family birthday parties it is our go-to for family events.

Great food and drinks at a decent price. They have a waiter, Benjamin hes too good for that place. He could work somewhere fancier if he wanted.

Great spot! Tasty affordable Korean food. Not sure about the sushi they have listed.. didn't see anyone eating that. But the Korean stuff is most delicious!

Service in this place is absolutely sucks ass. Waited more than 15 minutes before they got around to come in and get orders were placed waited another 20 minutes for drinks . Use the excuse that they're busy more than 8 servers on the floor the bar where we replaced was absolutely pathetic for service even including 2 servers there. We're not going back again. Absolutely too bad was a nice establishment at one time to go to.

Was great! Minor line up but food quality was great. Garbage bins were overflowing a bit.

A&W in general is pretty good. My experience at this location is not. I've been twice now and run into the same lady on drive thru. She has a hard time understanding you, doesn't communicate well, and argues with you when the order is wrong. Last time I went through, I ordered at the drive thru, confirmed the order verbally, then reconfirmed at the window. It was a large number of burgers with different toppings. Somewhat complex. I pay for my food thinking the price seemed off. Then I get my burgers. Unfortunately, I'm only provided half the burgers I ordered. I ask for the receipt and notice that the burgers are entered incorrectly, resulting me in being overcharged for the burgers I have in the bag. The lady at the window then argues with me about how many burgers were ordered and their configuration. She finally relents and allows me to order the correct number of burgers. I still think at the end I was overcharged. But now I have cold burgers and mismade burgers. Ugh. Poor service.
