Called to complain and they gave me attitude, did not want to admit a mistake was made.
Ended up having to eat the incorrect order as they wouldn’t do anything for us.
If you order from this place, beware of this terrible customer service.

Third time I attempted drive through & twice VISA & Debit we’re down & this morning they had no cook. The lady running the place didn’t apologize once & was extremely rude when I asked how long till chef is on & how long till debit machine is up. No sorry for the inconvenience,mean miserable tone & just plain poor customer service & when I asked to speak to management I was told they were not allowed to contact owner but I sure would like owner to know how there establishment is being ran-horrible! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!

I've been a regular customer here for almost 10 years. My Dad was a regular himself until he died. I called tonight, asked if I could place an order for delivery. The girl yelled "we don't have a delivery driver tonight" and hung up. Too bad- if she hadn't, we would have just picked up instead. You just lost yourself a customer.
Edit:Just received a call from Hamada apologizing for earlier. It seems they do value their customer relationships after all 😊

Not a great experience. Ordered delivery. after waiting 45 minutes someone called and said their driver is in pitt meadows and will be back soon so about 30 minutes more. I thanked her for calling and letting me know as that was fine. an hour and 15 minutes later the driver finally arrived and still charges me full price for my pizza. would have been a 1 star if the lady had not called. but would have been a 3 star if she had been honest about the actual wait time and a discount for waiting an obscene amount of time!!!
