Great food, great service, very very helpful for any additional needs.

Food: Passable at best. The 2lbs $90 fish presented a chewy, rubbery texture with a light but rather pleasant sauce. The only highlight of the dinner was their version of Peking duck with which the Chinese pancakes had unincorporated flour and the cucumber on the side having evidently been frozen and thawed. Worst part of the dinner was the tofu dish in which the tofu itself had gone bad. Ambiance: Outdated interior decor attempting at a pass for luxury blended with a modern entrance / reception area. It feels very out of place. Service: Servers are good and courteous but not attentive. Overall for such an attempted high-end restaurant, the service can definitely be improved. Small details such as refilling water when cups are empty, or tea when the teapot was empty did not happen. Overall: For its price, Blue Lagoon is definitely not a place you'd go regularly. For its food quality, ambiance, and service, I would not go again until major changes and improvements are made to the restaurant.

The food is good but the place is so crowded with children running everywhere, the staff was overwhelmed they couldn't handle that many people at some point there was no plates at all.

Very unexpectedly good...amazing. The beef onion thing and the seafood congee was delicious.

Heaven for seafood lovers! We got the combo for 6 people including king crabs, lobster and steamed fish, as well as soup and fried rice. The lobster is fresh, king crab is very flavourful! It comes to about $100 per person including tax and tips. It’s definitely a good dinner choice for a group of people.

Don’t go to this place if you want good food, although the server tried her best to make us feel better about the horrible food, I had to write this review because it seems like the new management that has taken over Pickle Barrel doesn’t care about their customers, food quality is not up to par anymore, food is warmed or microwaved instead of being cooked, the atmosphere is dead on a Friday night because of this trend, maybe it might be the promenade store only but maybe it might not be.... word to the management!!! Change your ways or loose your customers and staff, staff is fed up as well

this place has been here for as long as i can remember. they got rid of the ball pit, but updated most of the games and decor. animatronic animals are still there to sing for birthday parties. hard to get tickets though - don't expect to win anything amazing

You've got to try the French Onion Soup! A meal in itself but worth the wait to make the item fresh and costs a little more than your average soup.

Nice location. Which is accessible to all. The place is usually busy but great service,the food comes in quick and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.only thing is there toilets need to be a bit more cleaner.The food is really good too,as the chicken is fresh and more juicy.

Delicious! Loved everything we ordered. Will be back soon! Excellent value, at least for the vegetarian dishes which was what we stuck with. Highly recommend. Food takes a little while to arrive but it's well worth it.

Amazing food, with great veggie options. Kid friendly place, with screens in booths with YouTube kids, news and sports....almost like a sports bar. Lots of dessert options too. A definite must.
