Very thorough and professional, kept the workspace cleaned up every day, and the work looks great.

He installed the roof on our house before we bought it. A problem arose so I called him 2 years ago, he came by told me he could fix it and that he would be back in the next few weeks (Sept/27/2012). Never came. In the spring of 2013, it was too early and too cold. Since then I have been sending him emails almost monthly (during the summer) but he ignores them. I'd go somewhere else but then I would be invalidating my warranty.  :-(

ROOF Management contacted us to design their website. We are Digital Designs. Tania is great to work with. Everyone should look at the maintenance page.(especially the video) Most people don't think about what goes into a roof. There really is a need for this business and the services they provide. No robot will ever replace them. If you own a business with a roof you should contact ROOF Management.

I was very impressed with Will. He showed up early and did a walk around of our building. Before he knocked on the door he had already spent 15 minutes assessing things. Our building is a commercial office building - 100 years old so I needed a company that had experience with commercial roofing. Based on Will's honesty and professionalism, I hired Roofmaster. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

Great workmanship.

Very good experience with Mulligan. Had our roof, windows and front door done 2 years ago and they finished off the house with siding and 7 new columns this year. Very conscientious crews who did quality work. They take pride in their work. Sales person, Dave, was always responsive and fully transparent. Would use them again but we have nothing left for them to do. I recommend them, they take care of business with little drama. Very happy with the result.

We needed to replace the roof of our house, attached garage and a detached garage/workshop before the winter in 2016 and were looking during the fall as we'd move in at the end of August . We researched many companies and and tried 3 that were recommended from realtors. 1 was a no-show, the other, 2 gave estimates $10k apart but with some "ifs and buts" attached. I was also given the strong recommendation for Godfreys from work colleague and Wes came to estimate the job. I was impressed with the professionalism from the get go, Wes spotted that there had been some ongoing problems with poor flashing on one section where the roof/upper wall met. Despite that Godfreys were the most expensive (not by too much) we went with them and they did a great job. Got the roof on in a couple of days and came back to do the flashing working around the weather in mid November - the snow flew that night! Everything was as described, crews were fast, and tidy, job was well done. Cost was as estimated. We also added eaves-troughing that Wes estimated and delivered on in the same time-frame. We had a minor issue during melting where there was a problem with water spilling from the eaves-trough we already had. A crew came back in spring, adjusted flashing and edging in the same visit and fixed the problem. We feel that the roof is very secure now and will last beyond the time we live here. We hope to add a screened porch and will for sure use Godfreys to tie that into the existing roof.
