Roofing

I first called this company at the beginning of March after major damage to my roof due to a wind storm. Was told somebody would come on Friday to give me a quote. A week went by, and I never heard back from them. Called several times and left messages, finally another appointment was made. Stayed home all day a second time, nobody showed up and nobody called to say they were not coming. After a couple more missed appointments, someone came by and gave me a quote on April 8. I agreed to the quote and contracted them to do the work, and was told they should be doing the work "probably the second or third week in May." By the end of May, I had not heard back from them, and called again. Several unreturned messages later over about a week, and the salesman finally called back and said there had been a weather delay, and the crew should arrive next week. In all, there were dozens of missed appointments and date changes over the summer. In each case, I had to call after staying home all day waiting to find out what was wrong - they never called me directly to tell me the estimated start date had been changed. Finally, near the end of the summer, someone in the company saw that I had expressed frustration to a friend online about the continual runaround the company was giving me, and the owner said he would not be doing any work for me. If he had said that back in early spring when I first called the company, I would have had the chance to get another company in. But since he waited until summer was almost over, there was no time left to get another roofer to do the work until after a long winter with a badly damaged roof. No idea yet how many tens of thousands of dollars I will lose due to all the interior damage from going through the winter without a sound roof. All of which could have been avoided if the company had just acted honestly in the first place and said they did not know if they would have time to do the work, so I would have had the freedom to look for another company.

I had an excellent experience with Kostelnik. He was very quick and the job was done right. The cleanup was perfect.

Great attention to detail at fair price.

Thank you Allpoints Construction. Thank you Nick for everything. The job was professionally done and attention was given to detail. I can’t say enough good things about Arturo and his crew and Rob for the wonderful job on the floor and steps. Call NICK and he will definitely manage your project.

Fast and reasonable. My repair was done the day I called and very professionally.

Lowest price. Great job. Professional. Louie is a fair guy. I recommend them all the time.

An absolutely amazing operation !!!!!! We had a complete gutter replacement done on our two story home in Canton. From our salesman Dwight to Keith and finally to our installer Bob and his crew it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend using Pro Home Improvement for any of your home improvement needs. We will most certainly use them again. Warranty far exceeds competitors, Price was exceptional, Color matched perfectly , Crew arrived early and completely cleaned up when finished. It's refreshing to use a company that goes above and beyond!! Thank you all. The owner should be proud of all of his employees. Patrick

I had several companies come out and bid on a new roof. Terry came out and bid at a great price and did everything they promised they would do! They did and Excellent job and we would use them again

Very professional job from tittle brothers. Absolutely beautiful patio that was done in a timely matter. It went extremely smooth and seth managed and handled the whole thing as he promised!! Thumbs up tittle, you've got my business for life!!

Excellent roofers

Very competitive price but followup is terrible. Owner does not return repeated phone calls to fix problems under warranty. Workmanship is good but would not recommend anymore due to lack of responding to phone calls.

Awful experience! I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate... a man called stating he was one of the owners and the sales guy was stuck in traffic, reschedule... I received a call the next day from a lady in the office asking how the estimate went ... he was taken back when I said explained "one of the owners called...." Long story, the man definitely lied to me..." She stated she would send someone else out .. It was the same guy!!!! Hahaha ... he arrived late, never got on my roof, never measured said "I've been doing this long enough, I don't have to." Needless to say, he was 10 sq. Off from every other estimate, my husband and 4 neighbors (who have exact same homes.) ... His price was the highest yet... Needless to say, I was going to do roof, windows, siding and gutters... I called the office 3 times requesting a call back ... No one called! Guess I dodged a bullet here ... they will NOT be getting my business.

Service couldn't be better

Great experience with this company. Reliable, efficient, competent. Work site always clean at the the end of the day. Employees always polite and considerate. Never heard one profane word which is unusual in construction industry. Any and all concerns were dealt with prompty and satisfactorily. Excellent product, result and aesthetics. Would happily recommend them.

The owner of Bendelow Building (Ryan Bendelow) made sure I got exactly what I wanted. We spoke at lenght about upgrades to the job that I wanted and he made sure I got the correct color shingles, trim and ridge vents. Ryan made sure I was very happy with the quality of the roofing job before he left. His crew cleaned up at the end of the day and were very nice to talk to. Ryan also went the extra mile by removing some plywood from the roof (at no extra charge) to inspect some suspicious areas I had reported to him. He also asked me to call him if I have any problems in the future. I would recomend Bendelow Building to anyone wanting a new roof. Curt Penland Gibraltar, Michigan

ROOF Management contacted us to design their website. We are Digital Designs. Tania is great to work with. Everyone should look at the maintenance page.(especially the video) Most people don't think about what goes into a roof. There really is a need for this business and the services they provide. No robot will ever replace them. If you own a business with a roof you should contact ROOF Management.
