Our roof needed some repairs due to leak, which lead to infiltration of water inside our home (ceiling and wall partitions). We called upon Finelines Roofing and Renovations Ltd and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Forget. I placed the call in the morning and explained the issue to Mike. Since large amounts of rain were in the forecast in the coming days, I asked if he could come by to verify the issue as soon as possible. Mike agreed to stop by that same afternoon! He took the time to diligently check everything and was able to quickly find the issue/source of the problem. He went in the attic, took pictures, and then sat with me and took the time to explain the issue and what steps we could take to have our roof repaired. The service received was very professional and helpful - this company really knows how to keep the customer happy. We are VERY pleased and we would highly recommend Finelines Roofing and Renovations Ltd to anyone. Thank you Mike!!

Awful experience! I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate... a man called stating he was one of the owners and the sales guy was stuck in traffic, reschedule... I received a call the next day from a lady in the office asking how the estimate went ... he was taken back when I said explained "one of the owners called...." Long story, the man definitely lied to me..." She stated she would send someone else out .. It was the same guy!!!! Hahaha ... he arrived late, never got on my roof, never measured said "I've been doing this long enough, I don't have to." Needless to say, he was 10 sq. Off from every other estimate, my husband and 4 neighbors (who have exact same homes.) ... His price was the highest yet... Needless to say, I was going to do roof, windows, siding and gutters... I called the office 3 times requesting a call back ... No one called! Guess I dodged a bullet here ... they will NOT be getting my business.

Very good roofing job using the best workers, and materials. The pricing was fair, and the results are top notch. I think that Firon's marketing motto "Beyond Expectations" truly applies to the job they did on my roof.

Great company to deal with. We have been working with Wolfenburg for around 3 years, they do most of our flat roofs on our properties and have been amazing to deal with. Highly recommend

Have been waiting two weeks after many promises to visit the site for a quotation. After the first week passed with no contact, I called again to listen to many excuses and then they asked for names, numbers, addresses and contacts again. It is now two weeks and still no contact. I am very reluctant to use this company if this is the kind of service they offer before a contract is signed.

Horrible, rude and arogent. If whoever contacted me was going to be my boss, no luck there bud.

Abbot Roofing (Vexillum Inc.) replaced our roof this summer and we had a very positive experience working with them. Our home inspector recommended Abbot to us, but we did our research as well. Besides the excellent reviews on HomeStars, BBB and Google, Abbot was mentioned a couple of times in a forum thread discussing reliable local roofing contractors. Kurtis (the company’s President) responded promptly to all our enquiry emails and showed great patience to our layman’s questions. Because our interior renovation was running late, we had to postpone the start date of the roofing project to the middle of July, which is the busiest time of the year for most roofing companies. Actually we were prepared for a one or two weeks delay, but their crews appeared on the day we had scheduled and completed the work efficiently. We were also very happy with the clean work site. Professional communication, reasonable price, and outstanding services _ we have no hesitation to use Abbott Roofing again and to recommend it to friends and family.

The owner of Bendelow Building (Ryan Bendelow) made sure I got exactly what I wanted. We spoke at lenght about upgrades to the job that I wanted and he made sure I got the correct color shingles, trim and ridge vents. Ryan made sure I was very happy with the quality of the roofing job before he left. His crew cleaned up at the end of the day and were very nice to talk to. Ryan also went the extra mile by removing some plywood from the roof (at no extra charge) to inspect some suspicious areas I had reported to him.
