Roofing

They do great work, excellent warranty and they are super friendly. Would definitely use them again !

Average work the owner is a fenomanal man with a good heart

Please for your sake, do NOT hire this company. It will be in your best interest.

If they didn't want the job, why did they say they would do it? Nothing is more frustrating than a company that says they'll come do the job, and then don't show up. Repeatedly. This morning, the Manager was to come and "make it right" but even he couldn't be bothered to call that he wasn't coming. It's too bad because 2 years ago they did a great job on our roof. Now that we want to finish a part that wasn't done before, they gave us a quote, tried to increase it when their guy wanted more money, and don't show up when they say they will. They don't even call to reschedule. Just nothing. We can no longer recommend dealing with GL Roofing. If that changes, I'll update this review.

Had some repairs done on my home, they did an awesome job and got back to me right away. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

major home improvement project goes belly up.

These guys told me they could fix a small roof leak and I was so happy that I paid them right away (big mistake). The leak was still there 2 days later and they refused to either repair it properly or give me my money back. THEY ONLY WANTED TO REPLACE MY ROOF FOR $15000 !! DON'T DEAL WITH THESE GUYS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !

Garbage people. From the owner to the receptionist. I can't believe that they have friends that would lie for them. 2 people gave them 5 stars and both have only reviewed once ever on google, so fake! I gain nothing from here unless if I save only 1 person from these people. I'm sure they had good jobs but what is important is how to deal with customers when something goes wrong. I hate my experience.

Mike Cheema, owner of Busy Boys Roofing and his crew just finished our roof and we are very happy with the quality workmanship. Mike brings a high level of professionalism to his work. He elevates the reputation of the industry in which he works. Mike has a very calm easy going manner in the way he relates to his customers, and after we met him we felt entirely comfortable in doing business with him, he is worthy of your trust. Mike made good suggestions to make our roofing project enhance the look of our home. We highly recommend Mike and his company to help you with your roofing project. Henry.

Greg...sorry i cant give ya 10 stars!! you deserve it!! come over after i was told i needed a tear off and reroof (30k quote), had a look at my concrete tile roof and changed a tile for me...no charge!!! wow...needless to say when i get to the hidden gutters, your my guy...super straight honesty, extraordinary service. many thanks, top recomendation from me!!

I had an excellent experience with Taves Roofing in every way, from the reception, to the estimate process to the roofing installation and the final product. Our home looks so much better, and I have full confidence that it can withstand many rough Vancouver winters. I had been told that roofers could be a bit... sketchy... but this was not my experience. Everyone that I deal with was extremely courteous and friendly. I should also note that the team worked very hard to meet a tight timeline and this was much appreciated.

Family owned and good staff that has been in business for a long time. Every company gets some bad apples on occasion but overall I got a good impression of the company,

I had a two leaks in our commercial property and asked them to see if they could come same day to look and repair the leak. They said they would call me back and see if they could send someone out right away. Then I started calling other people in the phone book to see if I could get anyone on site. They had staff just suddenly show up, after I already had someone else commit to showing up. Poor communication on that part. However, they apparently repaired and left the building, didn't tell anyone they were done. Next day, its leaking again, and I called them back to see if they could repair it, told me it was a weekend and the rate is $500 which is overtime rate to repair a repair they made yesterday that obviously was not successful doing. I would rather call someone else and pay that same $500 rate if I had to. If they didn't do it right the first time, why would i pay them again, and double to possibly have another failed repair. If the roof was not repairable to begin with, then they should have let me know. Again I'm not sure, but for sure I'm not using them again.

Great company, and I know that because I work here!
