Shuttle & Taxi

Cab was late. Driver talked on the phone half the time (not hands free) and used turn signals only sometimes. He struggled to understand my English.

I called to book a taxi for tomorrow to go to the airport and, given it already happened in the past ( and I almost missed the flight) I wanted to be sure this time the taxi would have arrived. They asked me to call them to follow up, because they’re busy with lots of clients.... If you can’t provide a proper service, don’t offer it. I Can’t Wait Uber to come!

AWM has used Perimeter Transportation services for 5 years now and are extremely satisfied with both their punctuality and extraordinary customer service experience, not to mention their reasonable pricing. Planning with the Perimeter team was effortless as they ensure constant communication and are very organized, which even led the whole experience to be so much more memorable and stress free. From the simplistic booking process to the entertaining transportation to and from Whistler highly recommend this company for any future transportation needs. Amazing job Perimeter Transportation Bus Charters, once again!

Fantastic

Easy ride over to Granville Island markets. The ferry drivers were very friendly and helpful.

Great way to get around without a car and it's fantastic they accomodate for wheel chairs and strollers. Feels like a family business and I'll support. Also glad it shows up on my Google map as an option of traveling route.

I don't know under which organization or agency the staff works for; however, i am really impressed by the friendliness and approachable staff.... To the ferryman and his aide: special thank you...

Mary Ellen was our tour guide for the day she was awesome and very accommodating to our group of 5 girls! Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT RIDE WITH CURRENT. Summary: My partner was violated and harassed by a Male driver, and has been legitimately suffering from anxiety attacks for weeks because of it. After spamming current taxi support for weeks, their solution was to keep the driver employed. DO NOT ENTER A CAB WITH A LARGE MALE DRIVER NAMED BEN

The dispatcher who is a female has such an awful attitude. No customer service skills. She pick up the phone and says emerald taxi I reply with "Hi" and she replies with "EMERALD TAXI?" Such an uncomfortable phone call.

The next time you need to go anywhere, take this taxi service. You will feel the service.

My go to service. I always have amazing drivers that hold conversations really well one of the best taxi services I have had.
