WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER FORGET BAD DRIVING OR BAD CARS CAUSE YOU JUST CANT BLOODY GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. 25 MIN ON HOLD AND STILL NOTHING 4 TIMES. YOU WILL DIE BEFORE YOU GET A CAB FROM THIS PLACE!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS BUT WONT LET ME WASTE OF TIME

Excellent service

Great so far. Very pleasant phone manner. Accommodating. These folk were the ONLY taxi service to actually pick up my call. "A Cab" rang and rang and never picked up...three times. "Century" contained the message that the number I was dialling could not receive incoming calls. And "Bracebridge Taxi" forwarded my call to voice message. I will write again after my ride this afternoon.

Called for a ride asked them how long it takes the driver to get to my place I was told 15 to 20 min half hour passed called them again they told me the driver is on his way the driver then called me and he was at the wrong address showed up at my place 45 minutes later then he tried to charge me 25 dollars minimum when I never paid more then 15 for their minimum his car smelled and looked very dirty I was late for work and almost lost my job because of him never going to call them again and will never recommend park ave taxi to anyone!! Please people find some other companies that are reliable this company is a total joke also I'm giving one star because there's no option for no start

Needed a cab from my house to the airport, the driver came on time and was very helpful. 11/10

The terminal for card payments in the cab wasn't working, it said "communication error". The driver blamed my cards, which were not at all the problem, and then drove me to a gas station and made me withdraw cash from an ATM. The ride was $17.50, and he took the 20 dollar bill, wouldn't give me any change, and I had to pay an extra $3 for the ATM fee. The driver said he wouldn't charge me for the drive to the gas station out of generosity........... yet I still had to pay an extra $5.50 in total because their machine was not working. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I will never take a cab again as long as I live. The driver also spent the ride back from the gas station reading old receipts to me from card purchases that worked, while doing this the car was swerving all over the road and I honestly thought we would end up in an accident, what a terrible experience. Uber truly is amazing, and that is all I will ever use and recommend to anyone.

We used this service twice, the first driver was amazing and calm. The 2nd driver however was very unsafe, rude and was impatient. Use this service wisely. Pricing is fair.
