Our driver was super nice, chatting the whole way up. We really enjoyed the ride up to Silverstar Resort. After calling the company we waited just 5 minutes for the Taxi in Vernon. He welcomed us really friendly and told us the amount of money that we will have to pay at the end- which was exactly the amount he predicted. I absolutely can not complain about anything.

In short KD Air will not refund your ticket even if THEY cancel the flight for any reason! This applies even if they commit to the refund. KD Air is a business that should be taken down! Everything seemed totally fine when booking two return flight tickets from Vancouver South to Tofino for our 3-night stay (tickets worth 698 CAD). Then it all went wrong… KD Air called two days before scheduled departure, telling me that the flight to Tofino is cancelled due to unscheduled maintenance. I had to book the flight with other airline for double the cost. KD Air assured me that the flight from Tofino to Vancouver South will still happen. After the first night in Tofino, KD Air called me again and told me that the flight back to Vancouver is cancelled due to unscheduled maintenance. Again, I had to book the trip back with another airline for double the cost! As I don’t live in Canada, KD Air’s customer service assured me that I will get back money back! It has been 5 months and counting (since July 2018), I still don’t have my money and KD Air decided to stop responding to my emails.

I have to disagree with Peter Marshall. I was in Invermere this past weekend and speaking with Dixie who took us from Invermere to Radium was a true delightful person. She was a few minutes later than what she thought but apologized. There was no concern on our part as there is no way a small company with two taxis in a small town would know where people are heading when picking them up. I chatted with Dixie as my daughter was in Invermere last year and there was only one taxi then and he closed around 11 pm so the girls had to walk back to their hotel after the bar. I was glad to know that there is two cabs now and they try their best to get everyone home from the bars as best as they can. I am not sure what happened with Mr. Marshall experience but in a small town like Invermere, I think we should be thankful we have two taxis now and appreciate that they do their best to accommodate the locals and us visitors. Great job Dixie and your team.

Our rides this weekend in Fernie were all great, the driver is hilarious and they were always on time and didn't give away our cab to the bachelorette party that was waiting outside the bar to be picked up.

Wow, Worst and most rude driver i have ever experienced..And im from Vancouver. There really needs to be another cab company in town, Then i would NEVER use this service again. It is not ok that this cab company treats their customers like crap because they are the only one so they figure they can. To be honest, This driver disgusted me!!
