Shuttle & Taxi

The best service i have ever had when it comes to taxis. #27 &#28 you guys were awesome! I even got a call from the company asking if a taxi was there for me yet. Keep up the amazing service!

Not a good place to work. Only worked there for 4 years. On my 4 month working there i had an insane boss come out in the yard and flip out at me after i got back to the yard from lindsay for sitting on the side of the road in north york for 55 min. watting for a load to be sent to the truck. Tride calling and texing but no good. After that i was not on good terms with liftlock. 4 years latter this insane boss kicked my ass to the curb. Getting kicked to the curb was the best thing they did to me.

called one night around 1AM, told me they would be there in 15 mins, waited an hour in the rain and they never showed so i called back and they kept declining my calls until they texted me saying “I’m driving”. honestly just walk to wherever you have to go

I do not understand why everyone is giving either a 1 star or a 5 star. Appears experiences are complete opposite. I give these guys 5 stars. I did not have any issues.

I left Pearson International around 7:45pm last night on a shuttle to Peterborough. Although the driver was very friendly and helpful, I was disappointed by the following: 1. The shuttle I had scheduled left without me and I did not receive a text from the driver to inquire about my location or notify me that the shuttle had to leave. I ran through the airport with my luggage because I thought my shuttle was waiting. If I 'd received a text, I could gone directly to a restaurant to kill the additional hours I had to wait for the next shuttle to arrive. My co-workers who booked with another shuttle company received a text message from their driver who ended up waiting for them since they were only two minutes away from the pickup location. 2. Despite an increase in pricing, a girl from Lakefield College paid an additional $30.00 to the driver to take the 407. When you factor in the impact of fuel consumption in stop and go traffic on the 401 (especially during rush hour) and the additional distance and time added to the drive when shuttles are going north but have to take the 401, it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. 3. The shuttle did not have snow tires and the shuttle got stuck because the first person who was dropped-off lived on a street with a slight incline. The driver quickly got out and through sand on the street but the shuttle was not able to get back up the hill. Not only did this add time to my commute after a very long day of travel, it also made me question my safety as the roads were slippery last night.

Beautiful restaurant Amazing atmosphere Great staff You can watch planes land and take off so cool nice patio overlooking the water ,great selection of food on menu,from breakfast to dinner .

If I could rate it to no stars I would! My brother was going through the parking lot with my BABY and I in the car and one of the drivers CUT us of in a parking lot at Roulstons, proceeded to go around to the other exit and as we went to the stop sign, He sped up to give us the finger! He was an old man in a grey car. I couldn’t catch the license plate as he sped off. I am appalled. I will NEVER use this cab company and I’m making sure that others don’t either.

Completely over charged my friend and I and were late to pick us up. Over an hour wait... Called Uber the next day and paid half the price. Thank god we have a better service in town finally.

Hi had a very unprofessional incident with one of your drivers. I was picking up my grandma from 635 Canterbury St, Woodstock, ON N4S 8X9 at 4:42 pm on Sunday Oct 3rd(today). I pulled in and one of your drivers was pulled in before me. He was parked in front of the building entrance picking up a fair. I pulled in behind him and waited. I didn't think I had done anything wrong but when your driver was pulling away. He stared at me and gave me the middle finger for approximately 15 seconds. This is very unprofessional and reflect inappropriately on your company. Unfortunately I didn't get the cab number cause I was shocked. I didn't under stand why this was happening . By the way while he was doing this he had an elderly ladie in the back he had just picked up. The time again is 4:42 pm/place 635 Canterbury st woodstock and date Oct 3rd. This should enough to look up who it was and maybe let him know that reflects bad on your business. I certainly will not be using your cab company and will let my family and friends know what your driver did.

Taxi drivers need to stop hitting on customers! Very unprofessional!

Very punctual and professional! We hired Imperial Limousine for our wedding in October and we couldn't be more happy with our experience. They went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful day! The driver even drove back to our reception site well after our booking to return an item I had forgotten in the limousine. Thank you Imperial Limousine for everything!

Courteous, timely ferrying service.

I recently took a cab this past Saturday so i would arrive safely instead of drinking and driving. this was the worst cab ride of my life. the driver was tailgating, speeding and dispatching while driving. she would turn on the interior light to answer the phone and write down the address all while tailgating. made several references to being high and made 2 VERY RACIST comments. too bad they are the only taxi in Ingersoll

When they actually answer you its an ok experience but i literly had to call into work bc no matter how many times I called they and another cab company wouldn't answer
