I have used other airport shuttle services in the past 20 years and I no longer will now after discovering Cool Water Airport Shuttle Service. With their professional service, clean comfortable vehicle and trustworthy driver, our trip to Pearson International Airport was hassle free and extremely comfortable. This company absolutely has a 5-star gold rating from me.

We used Waterloo Express Sept 15, 2018. My now husband surprised me with this Limo company. They were on time to pick us up, on time to bring us back to our hotel, super nice and awesome to work with. They made me feel like a princess. I highly reccomend using this company!

I haven't had to take a cab in years called old cab companies I use to use, their phones just rang and rang or picked up and placed on hold so I called this company, they answered right away and arrived in 5mins, in a cab with debit and got me to my destination for under $20!

it was supposed to take an half hour to get where I was (witch was reasonable) but then 45 minute later they still weren't here so I called them back and they told me they were not sure of my address after the first time I told them twice. so all and all they were 25 minuts late then got change in nickels and dimes and it was 20 cents off

You are either entitled to backs because of chronic illness or have no way to get to your appointment. When you are all alone it is an asset to the community. Be thankful and try booking it a week in advance. And you will get a spot. I have no one to help me do it is wonderfully. Thanks backs saved my day!!!! One other thing to the other comment about crowding. Drive your parents yourself.

The only taxi service I call. Fast, reliable

While extremely inebriated, I got a 15 minute taxi. I arrived and got ambushed with a $65 fee. I called the next morning to guage a fee for the same trip and it was $45. Yea man, better but still a complete ripoff. My phone was dead so I couldn't uber... Don't judge me.

Driving in a snow storm and I have a driver RIDING ME couldnt see the headlights next thing I know. THEY PASS ME IN A GOD DAMN SNOW STORM AS IM DOING THE SPEED LIMIT (80KM). It doesn't stop there wanna know what he/she was in a hurry for? To drift in an empty convenience store parking lot at around 11:00 p.m. I honestly couldn't believe it

I dont usually write reviews however Brant Taxi deserves one. I've taken taxis all over Ontario and Brant Taxi is by far continually the worst taxi service I have ever encountered. This is not a "one off" experience either. Ive been trying to use their services for 2 years now. They continually dont answer their phones.When they do they are usually rude.They never have any drivers so if they DO answer the phone after calling 25 times you will wait forever for the taxi to arrive. Call an Uber.This taxi service is not even worth the phone call.

As part of my job I book airport service for people on our team and every time I use Wrights with 100% satisfaction from the first contact through to the person delivered back home. I've never received negative feedback from anyone about this company. Very professional and efficient. 5 solid stars!
