Price is very reasonable. Private car like taxi but price is cheaper then taxi services. My driver Mike show up nice and early to pick me up. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful. A+ all the way. Several tips on where to eat and what to do. I will use again again.... Manek - india

We have used this service many times, never again. Its obvious they no longer properly check their employee's. Ours could barely drive!! I have never had such a scary ride home. Plus the driver could not find the key fob to our car when we got there. For the price you can fiind better companies to get you to and from the airport.

Spoke with a rep while looking for prices to rent and they were super polite even when we didn't go with them.

We dealt with a Brianne regarding our inquiry, itinerary, payments, etc. She was very accommodating, helpful, and replied to concerns promptly. Upon pick up to drop-off, everything was smooth and was able to stay on schedule. The driver in which we regretfully do not remember his name was very patient considering the amount of passengers and traffic since our wedding was on a Saturday afternoon. Their services went beyond our Wedding Day: we discovered we forgot a BOSE speaker on the trolley. We called there dispatch in which they informed us they'll touch base with us in a few days. They did, and informed they found the speaker and made arrangements to pick-it-up. We highly recommend, the trolley was a big hit for our Bridal Party, and the City of Buffalo as we good numerous honks and thumbs-ups!!!

Pity they don't have no stars to choose,worst customer service going, Turned down a fair from a disabled person because the fair was at 8.30 in the morning and it wasn't long enough to make a big proffit....

Wow! I got such a nice service from these guys. Totally unexpected but was really impressed. The guy pick me up at exact time they promised. The car was neat and super clean. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommend to everyone Guelph Taxi.

First off. Steve needs a damn raise. He is the best cab driver I’ve ever had in my life and now I request him every time. 10/10 Steve. He was kind and polite and also made our night very enjoyable even though we were only with him for 15 minutes. I wish everyone could be as good as a human.

Charged 20% more than Deluxe Taxi for exact same distance and route. Deluxe taxi $20, Barrie Taxi $25.25. I'm sticking with Deluxe
