Shuttle & Taxi

Used them twice, both for airport pickup and drop off. Both times they arrived on time. Drivers were safe and kind. Had a good experience with them.

The cab driver on Friday night, December 15th was absolutely amazing! I was in a predicament and he more than helped me. Anytime I need a cab, I will be using this company. Thank you for all your help sir

For all your shuttle service needs. From Medicine Hat to Calgary twice daily and from Calgary to Dinosaur Provincial Park 3 days a week throughout summer. As well as many other charter destinations.

Dog poo hung up on me after waiting 10 min to talk to an operator.

Bad English and bad service

Just seen car #132 wandering the neighborhood, lost,,,,,,either that or someone is casing places out.....driving like they dont even have a proper license. With GPS and cell's, there is no excuse for Trolling parking lots at a snales pace.......I put into question, their certification as drivers. They are now entering their third parking lot in this neighborhood. /:

Lost my wallet Friday night Dec.21,2018 and thought it was long gone and I wouldn't have much of a christmas. I got a call lastnight from a cab company telling me the cab driver found my wallet and turned it in. The most amazing part is that everything was in there still including my cash and a cheque and gift card from work. There still is good people out there..... Thanks to the driver of that cab. Merry Christmas.

Great drivers and used my debit and had no problems. Id recommend them

The driver was extremely rude and tried to rip us off big time! He should be fired! Will walk before using these guys again.

In my opinion this is the worst shuttle service around the last 3 times my company has used them they have gone to either the wrong spot. Called from the airport saying they were there waiting for me when they were supposed to be taking me to the airport. Today they were supposed to pick me up at 10 and didn't show up.

Terrible dispatching , rushed and doesn't listen , sends cabs to the wrong locations

He picked me up when I’m late for work. 5 stars

They told me they will be there in 20 minutes. They never showed up, I waited over an hour and eventually left and they didn't even call to say they won't come.

These guys are running a scam their taxi company is not even registered with the city also the company has been open and closed just to get registered with the city. There is two guys involved one running taxi company named Ali and other called Abid Hussain he is operating truck repair shop called advance diesel. They get their prey around Lyod,Bonnyville area trying to cash out please don't get caught up in their trap.anyone has claims against these businesses post your complaints I'm looking to sue these clowns.

Nice to see such a needed service available in a smaller town. We've used them to have flowers delivered and are pleased with their service.

Awsome place you need propane to stay warm. They Will fill it. Place is nothing to look at but that is not what I was looking for.

The driver that took me is so nice and friendly.. I will choose Arrow cab all the time

Very poor service. The driver even smoked in the car. That was so disgusting. I think the man is pretty rude and doesn't consider customer.
