Good and surprisingly cheap service

Last February, my husband and I were travelling, He forgot his knapsack with all electronic devices, wallets, All travel documents. The Bell Taxi driver found these 10 minutes after our drop off, turned around came back to the airport looking for us. Diverted a major crisis. I find their service reliable and very prompt. While Uber is cheaper, I would continue to use this company who is efficient, and to my personal experience trustworthy.

Racist people. Ignorant. And extremely rude. Gave my mother an anxiety attack with the way they addressed her. Will be filing a complaint with the government. The one I spoke to was a lady and I believe an owner. If you trust me, never ever take this service. A1 rose is way better and safer. One of their cab drivers at milton taxi was so sketchy that I wanted to get off on the side of the road. I would not trust them. They are probably 5 dollar cheaper than A1 rose but for your life, that is very little money.

The only taxi company that will come 40 minutes late, cause you to miss an important appointment, charge you anyway, then ban your number for complaining. Horrible company. Shut them down, please. Oh, and the dispatcher was a woman. If you know who I'm talking about, you'll probably agree that she may just be the most incompetent worker in the company (or any taxi company, for that matter). ...And that's just one problem I had with them, before I realized Solo Taxi doesn't come late nearly as much

Guy answering phone is mean and not helpful

Thank you to the dispatcher and the drivers of the wheelchaor taxi on Christmas Day who corrected an error in the time booked for my Mom to get to our house for Christmas. Driver training is exceptional !

This was my first time using Oshawa Airport Limo and it won't be my last! I chose them because of their reviews and I was not disappointed. A very professional, first class company that treats you like family and without a doubt, I highly recommend them.

I will not be using this service EVER, my friend booked a limo for her wedding. He drove her to the wrong place, made her late for her own wedding and the driver was hassling us for cash.

Phoned on the Sunday night to book for 6 the following mornìng to get to a hospital appointment. 6:05 no taxi so phoned to check, both the automated system and actual dispatcher confirmed booking and taxi on the way, 6:15 phoned again as still not arrived to be told by a very rude female that they do not pickup in my area. Really can't understand how the keep their operators license
