Towing

I use this company regularly to move my small equipment around. I am happy with the prices and service.

Amazing service, great staff,. Thankyou for fixing my driver's door issue so that I could get back to work in a very timely and professional manner. You guys are awesome.

Fast service. Great people. Thank you for the help.

Staff was very friendly, professional, polite and very informative

Worst experience with a towing company in all of hamilton the girls behind the desk were absolutely rude and ignorant swearing at me and giving me the finger UNREAL

My Chevy truck was broken into/ damaged I had a tow done by universal towing, the driver was very friendly and reassured me my truck was in good hands. When I got into the office to deal with body shop and a rental both of the owners were there to explain to me about getting a rental and getting my truck into the body shop. Great business they run there I couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate the services.

Ryan 111 was very helpful and professional. He was very kind. I would use his service and recommend him to others. He has a great sense of humour and great customer service skills. He is extremely reasonable

5 star service friendly drivers and A+ roadside service would defintily recommond them

I am so upset with this company that I had to use another one of my gmail accounts to give it such a negative review because I got robbed from this company I will make sure that this company get blasted for treating anyone like this. Horrible and please do not use this company for anything. I ll be posting lots on facebook

Over charged for everything. Brutal. Scam.

Had to call CAA last night as for some reason ignition cover came off of truck (not sure if someone tried to steal it or not). CAA sent you to London as you were the closet available. Had to tow us all the way to Chatham. You were very kind & sympathetic to our situation. Would recommend you all the way! Hope you had a safe trip back to Hamilton.

Dishonest. Scummy. Rude. Incompetent. The owner, Dave Lemos, has no concept of customer service nor does he run an honest business. He over charges by wasting my time, refused to let me grab my property from my car until I threatened to get the police involved, and purposefully ignored my calls while I was trying get my car out of if his lot. He does not abid by the regulations that are put in place to protect consumers from companies like his. He takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Like after a car accident in my case. AVOID.

My van was repaired and looks great! All my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. The staff was all so welcoming and eager to help. Quality workmanship and a pleasant experience. Thanks!!!

Incredible service and great people! Keep up the excellent work!
