Towing

What a terrible experience! Would never recommend them to anyone. They started out by coming out and picking up my truck, they were very quick to get my money and charge my credit card. However, when my mechanic found damage that had been caused by the tow (completely unrelated for the reason for the tow) no one would even talk to me. I have now phoned 5 times and filled out 2 damage forms on their website and I have yet to receive a phone call, email or anything else in response. Absolutely awful, if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Excellent service: courteous, efficient and professional. Arrived on time, took good care of my vehicle in jig time (swapped summer for winter wheels). Couldn't have wished for better service!

Great service...very reasonable rates... owner is reliable and friendly

Horrible customer service. Not even worth the one star. They told me they were coming at 630 on a Friday, called at 7 they stated they would come the next morning at 10am. They never showed, called at 1130am they told me they were on the way. They never showed. Called back at 1215 he answered stated he would call his boss and call me back, never called back. They then ignored my phone calls my husband then called and the guy asked for my address and then hung the phone up. They say they provide excellent customer service and friendly my a$$. Thanks for wasting my time. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY, WHAT A JOKE.

Great local recovery company. Always great service. Fast, friendly, clean and done right every time. Highly recommend them!!!!

Excellent and prompt service! Anuj was great to deal with! Recommended.

My girlfriend and I were stranded coming back from a trip over 100 km outside of Calgary. Will (the owner) came and picked us up immediately and we had enjoyable and personable ride back into town. Everything went smoothly and price was very reasonable. Not getting a tow from anyone else in the future!

Completely idiotic driver with absolutely zero disregard for others safety, jumps in front of me while I’m going 60 and he’s coming from a dead stop proceeds to shoot across 3 lanes making several others jam on their brakes. Could only imagine how these goofs handle vehicles save the headache and potential for damage from these idiotic moves while driving.

It was time to rid of my old car. After having spoken to them, they came to pick it up on time and even payed me for it!....Very charming duo. It’s pleasure dealing with them.

Not only do they have the coolest name going ,but they supplied instantaneous service with the most courteous driver you will ever deal with. thanks tons guy's much appreciated.
