Skyway is the best service in town! My fiance’s Chrysler 200 broke down this morning before work and we were strapped for time. We called every towing company in town and no one could get to us in less than 3 hours... except Skyway. Skyway showed up in 30 mins, during rush hour. Joe, the owner at Skyway, personally helped get my car towed to a local garage. He stayed while we worked out what the repair would be and even dropped me off at the GO station afterward. Just want to thank Mitch for his help the other day when my vehicle got smoked from behind. He was on scene and offered me genuine assistance and care. Gave me a Gatorade. Super awesome guy. Later that night he picked me up from hospital and have me a lift to his yard to retrieve some stuff from my car. He had a rental car brought there in no time at all and hooked me up big time. Thx Mitch I owe ya for making that day less sh***y!!

For the last 11 years I have been going to Spotless Auto for all my used vehicle needs, be it either buying a vehicle or having repairs done. I like to try different vehicles out every few years to see what suits me and what doesn't. In that time I have tried a Chevy S10 pickup truck, Pontiac Sunfire, Chevy Cobalt, and now a Dodge Journey. All 4 vehicles were excellent and affordable for different times in my life (I'm 30 now) and I've had very few if any problems. During my experiences driving these vehicles there were a few minor things that needed to be replaced, such as a timing belt on my truck, electric window motor in my car, burnt out head light and wheel bearing in the cobalt but these types of repairs are quick, easy and cheap (to be expected on a vehicle that is 5-10 years old). Whether you need to buy a vehicle and get to meet Steve (who is down to earth and a man of his word) or need work done and meet Michelle and Dave, you'll always walk away confident that your money was well spent. Michelle is extremely efficient and accommodating. She makes you feel like you're part of the family, like a friend. Michelle is willing to go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is done right and on time with no hidden expenses. Dave will inform you of areas you may want to keep an eye on for the future during his inspections so that you know the condition of your vehicle and won't have any unpleasant future surprises. I'm not a mechanic, and he knows that my knowledge of vehicles only stems so far, so he will explain (and even show me) where a problem is coming from when I bring it in so that I understand it completely. Spotless Auto is the only place I trust when it comes to the safety of my vehicles for both myself, family and friends. I strongly urge anyone to pay them a visit and experience it for yourself, you won't regret it. My SUV looks great guys! Thank you so much for all that you do.

We had Fred’s towing show up after calling CAA , their tow driver caused damage to our vehicle , I was expecting a lot of hassle but Fred’s Towing steped up and admitted their mistake. I was very impressed!! They were pleasant on the phone and contacted the body shop and dealt with my insurance, This says a lot about their integrity and drive to customer satisfaction!! Excellent job Fred’s !!! I would not hesitate to call or recommend Fred’s towing again , everyone can make a mistake, owning up says a lot !! Great job Fred’s !!
