Towing

Road Rage at it's finest. While driving down Portage Avenue west of PTH100, a JR Towing flatbed (truck #02) went to pass me in the curb lane. I was doing 75 in a 70 zone so it's not like I was holding up traffic but the JR Towing JACKASS obviously felt speed limits didn't apply to him. There was insufficient room for this MORON to pull back into the median lane, but he didn't give a damn, and just swerved back into the median lane and forced me up over the median curb. All of this occurred while hauling someone's car. So if you're looking for a professional towing company, I highly recommend choosing someone other than these FOOLS.

Alright towing came through big time for me. Vinny the driver was out and on location within an hour to pull my dump truck out of soggy wet grass. He understood the urgency of getting it out before it continued to sink. I called multiple local tow companies before calling Allrite and was less than satisfied with their understanding of urgency.... Allrite did, and got the truck out in record time.. nwxt time my first calll will be to Allrite. Thanks again Vinny for saving the day!

I called to see if my car was towed to there location I got idk the girl would know is not here so I then asked what hours were they there till for getting my car out of town and they said six but the girl prob won't stay that long like what the f@%$

My car broke down in the middle of a busy highway during rush hour. I was in a really unsafe spot and the tow came very fast and got it back to my house in no time. Devon the driver was very nice and really helped me out. Great friendly service

Thieves. Manager Sam took zero responsibility for her driver telling me it was unnecessary to meet him at Discount Tires when I directly asked at scene of double tire blowout in center of highway when I was there with my baby at 9:50pm at night. Tow driver was friendly and either lied or was poorly educated on company protocol which apparently dictated I had to be physically present. So my friends who I had already prepared to take us to Discount Tires ended up taking us directly home. Twenty minutes later after baby in bed I’m called and told we have to go to Discount Tires or car will go to tow yard. What should have cost about $200 is now costing over $600.

These guys are the best! There were here sooner than they told me they were going to be and really helped me out in my time of need!

Mike was a great tow operator and they even sent us an extra car because we had too many people to fit in the cab of the tow truck (without charging us!). Would totally call them again!

It's been a few months but one night I ran outta gas. And my AAA had expired. But AAA did call A and R . Spoke 3 way with Chris, it was freezing I was too. Told me a price. Unfortunately I probably had5$ on me. Just moved here,Sterling, from Denver. We hung up. AAA couldn't do anything. All of a sudden, Chris showed up. My hero!! Guess what you all feel the same way after reading your reviews. And I desperately need them again. I know they will be there when I break down again.

Called and they immediately sent someone. The dispatcher was very kind and helpful. Dustin, my driver/tow truck extraordinaire, was awesome! He answered all my questions and took great care of me. Would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent service helped me out when I locked keys in vehicle. Quick efficient.

David was our knight in the shiny tow truck! He was called out to change a flat tire for four mature women who had spent the day in La Conner and had just pulled out from the parking lot and we were driving back to Seattle. The spare tire didn’t fit! It was about 6:00 pm and he was really busy but he was able to tow the car on the way to his next call and take all four of us to meet up with a family member who could tow us to Seattle. David was our hero of the day! Thank you again for making our unpleasant situation into a positive experience. David saved the day!

Staff there don’t know what customer service means, can’t expect too much when the employees don’t even follow the dress code and look homeless.

Tim was absolutely amazing! He was understanding, helpful, and super nice - thank you for helping me! And overall the experience with Mary’s was awesome - everyone was patient, and really helped me out.
