I always call the SOS Towing when something goes wrong with my vehicle fast, friendly service, cheap prices, never have i had to wait no more then 15 mins for the help when need. SOS towning has done wounders for myself and family. I cant be any more thankful for the SOS TOWNING company . i wouldnt call another company to help expect for SOS TOWING... Thanks to all the guys .

Dave refused to tow a vehicle because he "was feeling a little tired" and "didn't want to". He told me it was inconvenient for him and hung up on me, telling me to "call a cop" if I'm unhappy. When I called back later after being told to directly talk to him about the issue, he got angry I called again and hung up immediately, refusing my tow request, hen refusing to even take my calls. Poor service and a poor person.

truck # 1113 . march 31st of 2016. almost hit my cousin while driving down the road. when my cousin called to complain, he got called a goof and was told that no one cared that his 6 month old daughter was in the car and could potentially have been killed. thats my family . screw your company. you're a bunch of bums.

I want Lakeshore Towing and everyone to know that there are still decent people in this world.I didn't get the operators name but he helped my son and myself yesterday( boxing day) when we got stuck in a snowdrift at the Queenston Cemetery in St. Catharines.We live out of town and were visiting. It was like minus 20ish and he was there within 10 minutes and didn't even charge us!! You are a Saint...Thank you!!!!😁🎅

We brought our van here after a collision and they worked hard to fix everything! There was a delay and then wrong parts sent from the dealer and Glen-Merritt handled it all with professionalism and great communication. Even gave us a rental when the insurance company caused a delay.

I brought my truck in before work and at the end of my shift my front control arm was replaced as well as the rear stabilizer bar links. Great job and cheap as well! Will definitely recommend going to this place!

My Chevy truck was broken into/ damaged I had a tow done by universal towing, the driver was very friendly and reassured me my truck was in good hands. When I got into the office to deal with body shop and a rental both of the owners were there to explain to me about getting a rental and getting my truck into the body shop. Great business they run there I couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate the services.
