Arranged for this company through CAA to change a tire. When I returned his call, he told me to drive around Fernie first to find a place to fix my tire, or I could drive to Sparwood to meet him. I said he could just come to me and change my tire please. He said he would be 30 minutes, and he arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later.
When he arrived he proceeded to tell me that I was crazy for thinking I could drive on a spare, that I should leave my kid at his ball game and drive to Sparwood to get it fixed and that my priorities were screwed up because I wasn’t going to pull my kid from his game so I could go somewhere and get it fixed. You’re hired to change my tire; not give unsolicited parenting advice.

Watched company driver on the road in marked company truck sitting on his phone during rush hour. Company denys having a truck on the road. But my dashcam would prove otherwise... horrible and hostile

A tow truck appeared in Heath Place crescent on Thursday Dec 27 at 2:00PM and successfully blocked all traffic out of our crescent with the driver still in the vehicle!!.
Several attempts were made to ask him to move his vehicle but he simply refused to recognize his POOR parking habit. This driver is unusually rude and has a serious attitude problem!!! He is a disgrace to the St Albert Towing Service.
