I would not go anywhere else to have service done to my Jeep. The service department is phenomenal! I was having an issue with the rear end of my Jeep and FCA was giving them a hard time about fixing the issue. They were able to get the problem fixed and kept me in the loop the whole time. I will always continue to go here!

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of unsuspecting victims and charge ridiculous amounts of money. This company was called for me by the police so I had no choice in the matter. They towed my car for literally 3.2km to their pound and charged me $600!!!!
They would not release my car until i paid this ridiculous amount of money. I still can;t believe how they can take advantage of people like this and will warn anyone in the area to never use their services.
I will also pursue them through BBB and any other means

This reveiw is way over due.. My daughter and her boyfriend had car trouble a month or so ago on the 401 . They called Ross towing and Daniel Miller was dispatched to the call. Daniel was very professional and easily hooked up and delivered the car to our shop. Thanks very much to Ross' towing and especially to Daniel.
