Went to Bayers lake as a CAA member to meet with a rep and book a trip. First day 3 people at counter and one person only available to plan and she was busy and told she will be on a conference call for the next 2 hours. Second day walked in again 4 people working but only 1 can help and she was with a client and another person waiting again to see same staff member. I asked if I could book an appointment and told I need to do so with the person already busy with customer and one waiting. Don’t waste your time going there as only one person outof 4 can help and there always busy. I was also going to renew my membership but I will think twice on renewing my CAA now.

Guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and expected me to help him load my wrecked motorcycle on to his truck. Having been t-boned by a car, thus the tow, we called back, were greeted with another rude comment and canceled the tow, because that's a ridiculous request. I don't think it's too much to ask to have the tow truck driver do the work, seeing as that's the service you're paying for.

Great service, driver named Mark came and was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to talk to.

Overcharges!! Paid $1075 for a tow! Said I could keep my trailer there until I had a way to get it home. Then he wanted $400 for it! Replaces parts that aren't needed. Liar and thief!!!!!! Avoid this place at all costs! You'll be glad you did.

These guys were life savers. Friendly, helpful, communicative, considerate and reasonable prices. My car broke down around 11pm before a winter storm was supposed to start and Bobby went out of his way to make sure my car was picked up and taken to my service center before the weather hit. Fingers crossed I won't need another tow but I would definitely do business with them again.

Interesting Bridge. Totally believe in safety first but I wish I could have seen more off the sides; very high cement barriers. A great experience.
