I waited for two hours on a Tues noon hour because I locked my keys in my car. I kept calling and when the poor guy showed up he said he got the call 15 min before. The dispatcher kept lying to me about the length of time it would take before they got there.
NEVER AGAIN.
Alliance Towing

Ibrahim is the best!!! Not only did he and his work partner show up super quickly tonight when I locked my keys in my van but Ibrahim was able to get the door unlocked in two minutes 😊 I definitely would give him more than 5 stars if possible. Call Alliance if you need a tow truck.
CAA North & East Ontario
2151 Thurston Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 6C9, Canada
1.5 hours on hold. Then gave up after they said you can also use their web page or app to request service. Web site is not working and app is useless. Guys I know you're busy but you need to manage expectations better. Really disappointed. Times like this are why I have CAA. It's no good to me if you don't even answer the phone.

I bought 2 pickups here last year and had a bunch of work done on one of my other pickups too. These people bend over backwards to please you and the quality of repairs is excellent. I would highly recommend this company for either a vehicle repair or purchase. They stand behind their work as I found out when I had a rear end problem after I bought one of the pickups. They quickly repaired it free of charge without me even asking them to cover it. Very friendly staff.
