Towing

We recently purchased a vehicle from TriStar in Moncton and had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Yvan Laviolette. We were a cold call customer and had no previous dealings/referrals to go on so it was completely up to him to make an impression. We can say without question that he was not only a true gentleman, but he took the time to get to know our wants/needs/deal breakers and the purpose for the purchase in effort to help us make an informed decision. Our experience from start to finish was nothing short of textbook perfect in how a true customer service experience should be and I congratulate TriStar for snagging him as one of their representatives. Great experience from start to finish - Yvan has even checked in with us after the fact to see how things are going to ensure our contentment! Out of all the vehicles we've purchased over the years this was definitely our best experience and we wouldn't only recommend Yvan to others, we promise to be back. Terrible place, full of shysters. Took my car here for its last inspection, Robbie only found 5 things wrong with it before he told me to get out (he didn't do a full review of it because there was enough wrong already). He wouldn't put a rejection sticker on it either, because it would "cost him money". Never going back, and I would NEVER recommend this place.
