Towing

So friendly! Very accommodating and generous staff. When they took longer than expected when putting my new tires on, I was offered a ride to and from my appointment and then given a gift card for a free oil change. Also a very bright, clean new facility in a convenient location.

Don and John got me put of a sticky situation yesterday, we're very fast to arrive and made getting back on the road a snap. In a pinch these guys made my life so much less stressful than It could have been. appreciate the help! no issue at all like the other one star reviewers...

Speeds is the company my auto insurance uses for roadside assistance tows. I've had to use them twice in the last month (the car is going to the scrap yard this time)... and they've been very awesome. Today I had to get my cat and myself picked up after the car died at the vet. The car was in an awkward spot in a tight parking area and the guy got it out in no time on a huge flat bed. Same situation at home where the car had to be in a specific spot in a narrow parking area and no problem. I didn't get his name and feel horrible that I didnt have cash to tip or I would have, the driver was awesome and we even had a cool chat about our cats on the drive home. Thanks Speeds!

My 99 Blazer died on me and being new to Victoria I didn't know who to call for a tow to a local garage in James Bay. After a couple of failed attempts I contacted Kustom Towing and they provided with propt & professional service as well as a ride to the garage saving me the cost of a cab fare.

They will tow your vehicle,impound it. not phone you and sell your car when it’s there for “too long” biggest scammers in town they are so bad they try to advertise under another company name for towing apparently they are racist towards asians and prejudice against the LGBT community

Called a couple days ago and arraged to take away my truck at 2pm today. It is now 4pm and no one showed up. I didn't get a call either. I tried calling twice but there's no answer both times. It would've been ok if they called me and asked if we could arrange for another time, but no. I got nothing, so you will get nothing. Good bye.

I can't thank Brian at Totem Towing enough for all the help we received a few weeks ago. The alternator decided to die on our van on a dirt road leading to Sombrio beach, in the middle of nowhere on Vancouver Island. With no cell service for miles, i had to leave my partner for an hrs drive with others to the nearest gas station and call BCAA. Brian called me at the gas station and informed me of a long wait ahead due to my location, but was very comforting and reassuring that he was coming, that he knew exactly where i was and that help was on the way. Even tho i had a few hrs wait, i felt comforted in knowing he was concerned for my safety and he was coming as fast as he could. Brian arrived earlier than anticipated and got the van on the truck without a hitch. Even on the awkward dirt road the van died on. He then drove us all the way to Victoria to the dealer we needed and then offered to take us right to a hotel after, as it was after midnight at this point. Brian was great company and so kind to us during this crappy experience. We had never been to the island before, so he also acted as a bit of a tour guide as well. Almost 2 hrs went by and it felt like 10 mins talking to an old pal. I had to write this to both say how awesome Totem Towing was, but to Thank Brian for how friendly, professional and helpful he was to us while we were stuck. Thanks again! Seaspan at Vic Ship grading dock. This facility repairs and services several vessels a year. Tankers to Passenger vessels to military, the dock and the cranes are busy most of the year. The people who manage and work onboard the visiting vessels, take pride and have integrity on their work ethic. This yard has a reputation for providing excellent service in a timely manner.

My car broke down in the middle of a busy highway during rush hour. I was in a really unsafe spot and the tow came very fast and got it back to my house in no time. Devon the driver was very nice and really helped me out. Great friendly service
